They wanted to accommodate us in our rooms !! ! only the next day, thanks to our perseverance, we were really "settled", on the 5th floor of the sunny side, thanks for the working air conditioner. Cleaning was carried out every other day, without changing the bed and linen (even for leaving a tip). kitchen, as well as waiters, administrator, very friendly guys.
