My husband and I were on a honeymoon trip from 06/20/2014 to 06/29/2014. What can I say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!
I've read great reviews but it's not the same. I love to travel and whatever one may say, there is something to compare with in terms of service.

I'll start with the room: firstly, it was very dirty, the bedspread was covered in dust and stains of unknown origin, the floor and table were covered in dust, the air conditioner did not work normally. As it turned out later, not only we had problems with the room, some of the visitors we met had cockroaches in the room. When at the reception they asked to change our number, the administrator (a Muscovite) stood in the pose of Rex and categorically refused, arguing that there were no rooms, although Ahmed at the reception said that there were rooms. We had to call our tour operator and ask for a change of room, they confirmed this and ordered us another room, but the administrator froze and said that there was no request . .
Food: there was a lot of food, but everything was for Europeans, hamburgers, sausages, shawarma, khachapuri, french fries, pancakes with nutella, pizza, a lot of fried food, the first days you can eat it, but on the evening of the second day I wanted something normal and then pleased pasta, fish and scrambled eggs, sweets were delicious. We had "Ultra all inclusive" and were supposed to be fed around the clock, but this is not so, dinner ended at 9 and all the kitchens were closed, sandwiches were given at 23.00, which outraged those who paid crazy money for their tours. Alcohol - local shmurdyak, it is impossible to drink (except rum), there was no foreign high-quality alcohol, although the ultra all inclusive system means the presence of foreign alcohol. They say foreign alcohol for us is Turkish, cunning bastards.
The attitude of the staff: bad, the attitude is as if we came to their house, and not to the hotel, they won’t tell you once again, they can be rude, but to the Europeans, on the contrary, they will set up a high chair and bring a glass of beer and take you where you need to go.
Beach: the sea is super, but the beach is small (due to the fact that the city resort is crowded everywhere), there are not enough sunbeds, you need to take a seat from 8 in the morning...
Do not buy tours at the hotel, the markup is crazy.

The day of departure was generally killed . . the departure was originally supposed to be at 16.30, they pushed us out of the hotel at 11.00, although we had to have lunch, they didn’t give brakes on the road . . but when we arrived at the airport a surprise awaited us - there was no plane at all and no one could explain where he is and when he will be, because the tour operator TUI (a Muscovite) pushed us off the bus according to the instructions, pointed where we should go and left with the bus, there were no more TUI representatives at the airport !! ! We stood angry and hungry for about an hour at the check-in of luggage, after which we were let into the "duty free", where for the first time in my life I ate a hamburger, fries and cola for 32 dollars (400 UAH). Later the flight was announced for 20.00!! ! Guys don't fly Utair, terrible old planes (Boeings decommissioned from European countries) constantly break down and get delayed!! !
