The hotel itself and the territory are beautiful, but there are a lot of minuses! The rooms are small for two, they clean every day, but don't be surprised if they make the same bed for you for several days in a row, picking up a towel from the floor, they carefully fold it and put it back to you until you complain about the reception! The worst thing is that all the sunbeds by 0800 in the morning at the pool swim (main pool) have long been booked!! ! There are more places on the beach, but there is a similar situation! Despite the fact that this is prohibited by the rules of the hotel!! ! it’s very disgusting to watch, neither the British, nor the Germans, nor our Russian speakers disdain. We watched this picture often, people slowly come out and put towels or air mattresses directly on the sunbeds!! ! "He will clean at 6 in the morning and clean all the sunbeds! But the miracle did not happen! He came up the next day and asked why? ! To which they shrugged their shoulders, smiled and made it clear that this is normal for them! On the beach, places are often occupied tourists from neighboring hotels, but the administration does not care about this! There are two bars on the territory, they serve alcoholic drinks up to 2400. Our ticket was ultra all inclusive, but the drinks are unknown, probably the cheapest brands! If you suddenly go, then take it better with you! By the way, the cups where they pour plastic are not disposable and do not be surprised if they smell of different perfumes, as they are very bad wash! The staff at the bar and the waiters are polite, smiling, but they themselves drink a lot, since apparently the entire staff of the hotel NOBODY CONTROLS !! ! One of the bars smelled very strongly every day, standing in line every time I wanted to leave! There is a disco there from 2300 until 0300, went twice. The first time it closed at 0140, the second time at 0120, no one could explain the reason to us! The beach is long, but narrow, the sand is very dirty, dark in color, which is very hot to walk on, there are sooo many different cobblestones in the water, be careful! tour operator called "Tui", I do not advise you to go through them! We went on excursions, almost all guides after the institute, cannot put two words together and after each trip with them, they ask for a tip !! ! In general, we had a rest somehow, but I do not recommend this particular hotel, because it really does not correspond to 5 stars! , maximum 3 and therefore the prices for trips to this hotel should be much lower !! !
