First time 26.06-03.07. 2016 (8 days - 7 nights) - the room was provided by 2206 Sea View (although we had a land view ordered), we rested with a child 2.6 as a family of 3 people. On the first trip, they turned a blind eye to many things (unfriendly service in the Ala carte international restaurant on site, a broken hanger in the room, a cockroach brought in, running out of a suitcase during the opening after the airport, and many other little things), wonderful sea, the proximity of the sea took up and we decided to go again so that the child had a rest on 22.07 -31.07. 2016 (10 days - 9 nights) (land view was ordered from us). And then we regretted that we decided to return.
1) they gave a birdhouse on the 6th floor under a sloping roof, sunny side, where the sun fries, 1 double bed for two with the mother-in-law (although they asked for 1 single for the mother-in-law, 1 double for us with the child).
On the second day, it was hardly possible to change (3 times I went almost begged them to look at other rooms) - they gave 1213 - a room from the Sea View category (if you fall out of the balcony and look to the left) - more or less. BUT the windows overlook the pool, where there are parties all day long - music is playing from 10.00 to 00.00, and drunk tourists scream at night. The child could not sleep normally either at night or during the day at lunchtime.

2) Russian-speaking blonde Yana and Vera at the reception are rare boorish, no one even made a compliment from the hotel, or even words of gratitude that thank you for choosing our hotel and returning to us for the second time within one month. Only the rudeness of the blonde Yana can be heard (and she also tried to solve the first time - on the first run, the inappropriate behavior of the waiter in the Ala Carte international restaurant on the territory of the hotel - they cover their own and do not solve anything. )

07 they took the temperature down by ambulance, returned to the room at night to be treated), 30.07 - the whole day the temperature was 38 - 38.5 C, they went to the reception to the blonde Russian-speaking Yana to extend the check-out on Sunday from 12.00 to 16.00 (for 4 hours due to circumstances - we were told there were no rooms and there were already other tourists in our room, they asked for another room where the child could lie down - we received Yana's answer "THIS IS NOT OUR PROBLEM, THE ROOM SHOULD BE LEAVED BY 12.00"). On the evening of 30.07. 2016, a decision was made to go to hospital, as the child's condition worsened by 39.00 ARVI.
I WANT TO NOTE THAT THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM OF TURKEY IS DEVELOPED AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, WE WERE VERY TOLERANT AND PROVIDED MEDICAL SERVICES AT THE PROPER LEVEL.
4) the food is monotonous, and on our second visit everything is also spicy - it’s hard for a child to choose something without curry or pepper.
