Our relatives and godfathers rested in this hotel, they advised it to us, they said that the place is beautiful and the hotel is good. The only negative, and then, we later turned it into a plus, is that for one day we were settled in another hotel, in my opinion it was called SunConnect Grand Ideal Premium 5 *, but there were also good conditions there. When we bought the tour, our Ideal Prime Beach 5 * hotel confirmed the reservation, but when we arrived, there were no places for everyone who came there. These two hotels are one chain, one owner. We were immediately given bracelets from two hotels, and the next day we were moved to our hotel + for the inconvenience they gave a room with a sea view, as promised. The food was ultra all inclusive, I liked everything, I liked the service. The room is good, the cleaning was done (who writes that they don’t clean, it’s not true), they clean the room, everything is clean, everything is decorated, they bring some water. The staff is friendly. Everything suited us. There are a lot of shops, at every turn, both in the hotel and outside the hotel, but we did not have a special need for them, since the hotel has enough of everything. On the territory of 3 pools, water park: everything works. Basically everything is as described. . There are enough sun loungers for everyone, and on the beach and around the pool, there were no problems with this. Excursions bought from a guide at the hotel, the quality is appropriate. What's in the picture is what's real. Three years ago there was a renovation, everything is clean, everything is neat. It was very good, we recommend the hotel.
