When buying a tour, they didn’t pay much attention to the view from the window to the sea in the room, because they expected that 5 * guarantees a level of comfort in anyone. But. . . Upon checking into room 2135, it turned out that this was the first floor with access to the children's pool, and the soundproofing was poor. The room itself is small and dark. Lamps of low power, which created the effect of despondency... The bed was old yellow, there were no bathrobes, when the lamp was turned on, the switch fell apart. Small bathroom with shower for oversized guests. . . with a loose hook and an incredibly pungent smell.
I turned to the reception with a request to change the room, with a surcharge of course, to which I received an answer that there were no available rooms and come back tomorrow at 10.00. By that time it turned out that the safe did not work, the pillows were knocked down, hard, high... There was a kettle in the room in the dust and....to it !! ! paper cups.
