We rested in this hotel before the start of the season (the last days of May), purchased a tour at a very cool price for 7 nights.
We arrived at the hotel in the morning, and wandered around the territory until 14:00 until we were settled.
About the hotel:
Number.
Our tickets indicated a room for two with a view of the city. But they settled us in a triple room (one double and one single bed), quite spacious room, overlooking the sea, the hotel grounds and the mountains. Super! Soon we realized that living on the top floor is tough)))) The roof heats up during the day, and the room turns into a hellish sauna))))) Coming from the beach or after excursions, we set the air conditioner to 18 degrees, and waited 20 minutes until that's all cool down to a comfortable temperature.

Before choosing this hotel, we read the reviews and met information about poor sound insulation and all sorts of shortcomings in the repair (cracks in the walls, old furniture, etc. ). To be honest, it did not interfere with the rest at all! Involuntarily listening to stories of adventures from our neighbors in the toilet was very fun)))))))) The main thing, I think, was that the room had a comfortable bed, a working shower, a working air conditioner, a TV with all the water and juice. Well, what else do you need to relax ?!
Food.
We arrived at the hotel early. And despite the fact that we had not yet been settled, we were invited to the dining room for breakfast. Before check-in (at 14:00) we managed to have breakfast and lunch. This could not but rejoice))))))
Food according to the buffet system. Restaurant workers stand at the counter and pour you the food that you ask for and as much as you ask (sometimes you ask for a little more, and they laugh and pile on you a huge pile of food, instead of another piece)))))) have fun).
In general, the food is good, but completely ordinary! Not sophisticated, as one of the hotel comparison sites indicated. Food like at home. The choice is not super big, but you can find something to eat. For the money that we bought the tour - it's quite normal???? . But upon arrival, I looked at the prices for the season (starting from June 1st), and was stunned! Rice with meat, two types of soups, the same eggs and sausages for breakfast, watermelon only for dinner, apples and pears cannot cost so much! I have something to compare! Just on June 1st, my sister flew to another hotel for a vacation, which cost them +- as much as our hotel could have cost in the same numbers. And with food (for the same price) they were much more fortunate! Salmon, shrimps, strawberries, watermelons (not only for dinner!!! ), melons and cherries!! ! In general, everything that they don’t give out at the Ideal Prime Beach hotel for the same price... insulting.
The drinks.
- Powdered juices. Terribly sweet, cloying and chemical in taste. Delicious only juices from the mini bar (similar to natural ones).
- The coffee was disappointing. On the first day, I could not even master a small cup of coffee with milk from their machine (at breakfast). She grimaced as if they were forcing me to drink alcohol))))) After this coffee, all subsequent breakfasts, my husband asked me to bring him tea... he didn’t want to drink such coffee anymore))))))))

- There were bags of instant coffee in the room. Something like three in one)))) Only in a separate bag of black coffee, in a separate piece in order to make cappuccino from black coffee, and separately bags of sugar. It tastes exactly the same as what they gave out in the morning from a coffee machine (it’s still a test... although I met people who liked it).
- I don't drink alcohol. But according to her husband, wine is normal, beer is machmala, cocktails are drinkable)))
Service.
The room was cleaned every day. For this plus.
Towels were changed frequently. I didn't even have to throw them on the floor.
In the dining room, the guys fly like bees! Before you can blink, there are no more dirty dishes on your table.
The character is smiling. Many do not understand Russian well, and some do not understand English well. But personally we had no problems in communication. As it was explained
Beach.
The beach is very narrow, but long and clean. Around 8 in the morning you can still find a free sunbed, but then it becomes more difficult... and this despite the fact that the hotel was not completely full.
In the description of the hotel they promised a sand and pebble beach, but in fact it turned out like this:
- pebbles are located only at the edge, near the water.
- the rest of the beach is strewn with some kind of gray granular dust. It is unpleasant to walk, and then your legs are as if you had left the construction site.
- sand is only in the water, going a couple of steps deep, and further. So consider that there is no sand)))))))
Weather.
The sea is quite cold, but clean and transparent.
It is quite cool in Marmaris in the evenings, so I recommend taking jeans and warm jackets / sweaters with you.
When going on excursions, be sure to take a cap / panama hat, sunglasses and wear a shirt with a sleeve. Without it, you can easily get burned or sunstroke.
Of the minuses.

- 7 times for the entire stay "broke" the key to the room. How did it break? You go up after the beach to the 5th floor, go to the room, put the card on the door, and the door squeaks and flashes red! You go down to the lobby, you talk about the problem, you call the room number, and they say to you, "I'm sorry, but this is not the key to your room! " Damn. . . 7 times!! ! 7 times Carl!! ! I noticed that the card somehow reprograms itself after you insert it into the "pocket" for light. We realized this at the end of the rest, and stopped shoving a work card there. A little tired of running back and forth.
- Twice during the rest we went on excursions with the guide Mesut, and each of these excursions dragged on for 1.5-2 hours! All that is nothing... it seems that they had time for dinner, and it’s normal. BUT NO! Both in Pamukkale and in the a la carte restaurant there was a buzz from the records. Although we did not delay with this, we managed to sign up only for the last day of our vacation. The hotel guide promised that we would be brought to the hotel from Pamukkale (ATTENTION! ) at 18:00, and that we would be 100% in time for an appointment at the restaurant by 19:00. We had an hour to spare. NOOOOOOO. Mesut took us to all the souvenir shops in the world, where the souvenirs cost sky-high prices! I don’t know to whom this claim is, to Mesut or to the Anex tour..... but many did not like it. Many were dissatisfied with this senseless dragging out of time. No one bought anything there... everyone walked with a sad look and faces like “she, take us to the hotel, finally !!! ” As a result - we were brought to the hotel (ATTENTION ???! ) at 20:10. We approached the hotel guide and asked if it makes sense to go to a restaurant? He laughed at us, said that of course there is! Called (as he told us) the head of the restaurant? la carte, and agreed with him to let us in if we were there within 15 minutes. We ran to the room, put ourselves in order, and exactly 15 minutes later we were in place in full dress. And what do you think? ! Of course they didn't let us in! It was very embarrassing and embarrassing. After all, we were late through no fault of our own!
I don’t know whether to write it here, or Anex Turu… but here is a little about them:
- Planes are not comfortable. You feel like a herring in a jar. The crew is friendly.
- Excursions are expensive. For this money, you are promised a comfortable bus, breakfast, lunch, and arrival at the hotel for dinner. BUT!!!

1. Buses with tables torn off, curtains that cannot be fastened because the loop on which this curtain should be held is torn off, broken seats that are frozen in the “lying” position and cannot be returned to the “sitting” position.
2. Breakfast at a roadside cafe where you will be given one egg, one piece of cheese, one roll and a couple of olives. People had to commit a crime and quietly take one or two more rolls in order to eat at least a little more satisfying))))))) It seems to me that the price of an excursion should include a heartier breakfast.....
3. Stupid shopping trips where souvenirs/sweets/textiles cost space money!! ! When a person goes to Ephesus, he goes to see the ancient city or the house of the Virgin Mary. ALL!!! ! No one wants your ceramics, onyx, or textiles at a 20% discount at exorbitant prices! We all understand why this is done. But not everyone is ready to spend their leisure time for two people from the whole Neoplan tourist bus to choose a glass of onyx for 40 minutes for 75 dollars, which in Ukraine can be bought for 10 dollars. Or a silver jewelry for $280, which can be bought in Ukraine for $25.
4. Speaking about the duration of the tour - indicate the real time. So that people are not late for other scheduled events, and do not get upset. It also spoils the impression of the rest.
In general, the hotel we recommend, good! And the city of Marmaris is very beautiful. We liked! But the tour operator Anex Tour has some shortcomings. It would be very nice if they read our reviews, drew conclusions and corrected.
