We bought a tour at the last moment (ultra all inclusive) literally two days before departure. Departure on time, the plane is crowded, hard, the crew is excellent. Customs, pretty fast, delivery to the hotel - super views from the bus window, attentive responsive guide. We arrived at 7, stayed at the reception until 13.30 until we were settled (the rooms were ready, but the rules of the hotel... ). Once in the room, they were shocked - the bed is double, but the light switches, throughout the room, were between the pillows (in one night it accidentally turned on the light up to 10 times, respectively, you wake up... ), ALREADY one bedside table per room !!! , the TV is ALREADY 21 INCHES and this is in a 5-star hotel (the first time I see such squalor !!! ). Toiletries (except paper and soap) will be issued ONCE PER STAY!! ! The same applies to coffee, tea, sugar! Let me remind you the hotel is 5 stars, ultra everything. . . !! ! And the highlight on the cake in the toilet is NO hood !! ! (in the mornings it was hard to walk along the corridor, "Chanel" from every room!! ! TIN!! ! gloom and mess!!!
The food is monotonous, the choice is very small, the queues that the administration itself initiates (at the time of the influx of people, for some reason, one waiter who puts food somewhere goes away, and so every day at rush hour), the queue reached 30 people. There are many points, everywhere is the same, and there is a queue. Drinks are EVERYTHING DILUTED! I tried to explain that vodka and whiskey are not less than 40 degrees.
The beach is small, there are not enough sunbeds, it was necessary to borrow early.

The view is gorgeous, the water is cool but very clean and cool!!!
The staff is friendly, courteous and overall great!
Conclusion - the hotel is not 5 stars, not for that kind of money, I will not go a second time and do not recommend it to others !!!
