So I want to leave a review about this hotel. being in different hotels in Turkey, I want to say that this is the worst 5 * UAI of those where I have been. the attitude of the staff is boorish, the only nice girl is Larisa, who is the administrator (sitting near the reception), she helped us and told us everything. we saw our guide once at a meeting, and he all disappeared, on the last day when we were not on the lists for departure, we hardly found a new guide, he assured us that everything would be ok, but we never got on the lists...
I say with confidence that this is not a 5 * UAI hotel, but a 4 * AI. the choice of food is small, there are huge queues everywhere due to the fact that the staff does not update what has long ended or been taken apart at the wrong time. lunch, only outside in the heat, the only thing that is right about this is that we should not let our people in wet swimsuits into the main restaurant for lunch, but our people, you know, they can.
You can only drink from 10 am, before that the only bar is closed. decided to take a cocktail in the afternoon, they explained to us that they would make a cocktail only on the second floor in the bar and only with its opening at 6 pm. Bars are open only until 12 and that's it. the lobby bar is open all the time, where there is only tea and coffee, and after 10 pm you can take a sandwich there. I have never seen such an excellent 5 ultra anywhere else, right? : -)
