We went 4rom, my wife and I and another couple of comrades, our age is 25-28.

In Turkey for the third time, I will not go to this hotel again, that's for sure : )

I'll put it in order:
Pros:
1. The hotel is beautiful, the content is chic and looks very nice and rich.
2. Very comfortable sun loungers by the pool
3. Large beach, comfortable sunbeds
4. They settled quickly, because we did not stand and wait until "we will be called"
5. Sea view rooms are clean, beautiful, comfortable. The sea view from the rooms that are above the pool with slides is just a bomb.
6. Large selection of sweets in the confectionery.
7. Comfortable sunbeds on the grass that protect from the wind, with tables where you can only drink. But don't eat.
And now the cons:
1. The staff is disgusting

- bartenders are constantly "not in a hurry", queues at the bar at "rush hour" sometimes in two layers, the bar almost always works alone, the central one. Of the 6 bartenders, he almost always pours 1-2, the rest are doing anything, just not their job. And this is for 1000+ people
- hotel guides teztour, besides how to "soar" excursions do not want to do anything and as I understand they do not know how
- the “night manager” is generally a boor, it’s not clear what he is, when resolving issues, he pretends that he is a king and a god and he is “owed”, despite the fact that his ward is to blame or there is no Internet in the lobby for the third day on his shift. To the question "what is happening" the bartender is rude at the lobby bar "or" there is no Internet "- this is normal for a 5 * UAI hotel, he sends us to TEZTUR -" Ask them what is normal "and asks for the room number, this is trying to intimidate us.
- Among the waiters, especially in the Ala carte restaurant, a few of those who have ever been a waiter are in no hurry to work and do not know how.
- Animation is "cheap", we can say that it is missing and this is for 1000+ people Oo, for this level of a hotel this is simply unacceptable.
2. Entertainment:
in the hotel, except for the "disco" in a closed room, where the "directorate" of the hotel tries to rent a Russian girl for themselves and gets drunk every day in the trash. And out of 1000 people with a maximum crowded hotel, about 20-40 go there. And also where drinking from AI after 12-00 costs space money, Raki for example 10.25 grams (while TEZTUR writes UAI); 1 table tennis table and two disgusting "American" tables are missing. Volleyball on the beach on a 3x2m field is difficult to call volleyball. Children's slides in the pool, 1m deep, can hardly be called entertainment either. From the "+ -": this is live music in the restaurant and on the terrace.

In terms of entertainment, this is a hotel for the elderly
3. Drinking:
From quality only:
- milk
- "martini" - something like vermouth
- coffee
- tea / Turkish tea
- water
the rest, especially cocktails in large quantities, I don’t recommend drinking, vodka, gin and whiskey - in general, I don’t even recommend trying : )

4. Beach

despite the fact that the beach is sandy and pebbly, it is very inconvenient to enter the sea, the stones are sharp, and you can hurt your legs. And jumping from the pier, people injured their hands, neck, head and back, because the depth even at the end of the pier is small and you can get scratched, if not on the pier itself, then on the stones at the bottom.

5. Pool:
We arrived on the 29th, the temperature of the water in the pool was about 18-20 degrees, which is the most interesting thing, "everyone was happy" everyone silently sat by the pool and did not swim, a few children were swimming, which their parents and drunk people did not look after. After that, my friend went to the reception and complained that a day later the water in the pool became warmer and it was already possible to swim.

6. Sea:
The first days the sea was so cold that no one swam in it at all, then it became warmer - you could swim. The hotel's sea is not quite "clean". I advise you to go on an excursion like "Cleopatra", there you will understand why; )
7. Wind:
Either the hotel is built like this or it is a feature of Marmaris, but we noticed such a pattern - being in the hotel not indoors, a strong draft, despite the fact that it is hot and the mountains around - the wind, and the cold one was blowing so hard that it seemed now a hurricane would begin : )
8. Prohibitions:
For 5 UAI, "it is impossible" much more than "it is possible", in my opinion this is wrong, especially for that kind of money
9. Internet :
It is completely absent and this is for 1000+ people, both in the rooms - which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level, and in the lobby of our 7 days, the Wi-Fi network idealprime distributed the Internet all day 2. The rest of the days there was no Internet even not in the lobby. I found the reason quickly: a dead Wi-Fi router for $ 15 that they distribute the Internet, to my question "why", I received the answer "sorry, so many people use now" - although everyone did not have Internet, everyone used the network of a neighboring hotel, 3x stars, which, apparently, handed out half the city : ). And oddly enough, no one here complained except me, so no one changed anything.
10. People:

the hotel is completely packed, it's not strange that some even don't have enough space, it looks like it's not a conveyor. We just left, there is already a queue for you to "enter". It can be seen that a lot of money was thrown into the restoration, now they are trying to beat them off as quickly as possible. Tourists suffer again: the hotel is not designed for so many people, there is a queue, a restaurant, a bar, a grill and even ALA CART!
11. A la carte restaurant:
Our trip to this eatery ended with the fact that we just left without waiting for the "third course"
We were in the European kitchen, at first we liked the atmosphere. We were celebrating my wife's friend's birthday. We ordered a bottle of champagne for 60 bucks, sat and waited for something unforgettable, waited...
1st course (30 min wait) shrimp cocktail: frozen shrimp from a pack of random items, 2: all-inclusive greens salad beautifully wrapped in a lettuce leaf (another 20 min wait), champagne in an ice bucket wrapped in a dirty rag with food stains =), ordered a "free martini" which never came. After 20 minutes of waiting, we just left. Martini was brought when we got up from the table and brought it after the THIRD time aggressively reminded the waiter about it : ) People in the restaurant laughed cutely at how we were leaving, although they themselves understood what was happening and themselves waited about the same, again - same - NOBODY complained, everyone endured - so nothing will change =) But we were lucky, we at least knew that Ala carte was free, the hotel guide from TEZTUR did not even tell some people from Kyiv about it! : )

12. Little things:
- The maid was not pleased, even for 2 bucks for a tea, she made the bed haphazardly "usually"
- Water was leaking from the shower
- The shower door fell on my foot when trying to close it
- I don’t know who writes there that the slides have no seams - my wife scratched her back on the blue slide, and she scratched it badly
- A moronic fountain in the middle of the pool, in which not only is it impossible to swim, but there is also a powerful sprinkler in it, which in the evening is turned on with pressure upwards so that, in addition to the wind, dampness also flies into people.
well, minor cons, which still failed to ruin our holiday.

Conclusion: if your mood is excellent, then there is nothing to spoil it, you will have a great time here. The hotel is ok but not worth the money. This is a solid 4+ in which there is a lot of chic and unnecessary expensive things such as chandeliers, armchairs, etc.
As they say, bad candy in a good wrapper =)
Most likely the reason for most of the minuses is that the hotel is new and the manager is bad.
I advise the elderly, families with children, single women and girls who want to "have fun" to go to this hotel, as well as alcoholics - who do not care what to pour into themselves. The rest will be boring here, they will have to throw away a bunch of dough on the street of bars every day.

I wish you all a good holiday
