The hotel itself is very beautiful. Luxurious interiors. We lived in a room with a view of the sea and the pool, in building number 4. The room had an old shower (most likely they just didn’t have time to change it), the drain was clogged in the shower. The air conditioner was also old.
, worked, but did not cool very quickly. The room was cleaned daily and well. True, sometimes there were not enough towels, which were changed by the maid. This issue is resolved without problems, approached the maid and she gives towels, which are not enough. After they gave a tip, everything was enough)
There were no beach towels in the room upon arrival. They gave them the next day, and then we had to deal with this problem to our hotel guide.

The food is very good. The staff is sociable. The Russian language is understood well, but not by everyone. So English won't hurt. The animation is also good: every day the girls had water aerobics in the pool, and the boys were invited to play volleyball. From 21.00 to 22.00 the club hosts an entertainment program for children. and from 22.00 to 23.00 comedy shows are held. The night club is good and open until 4.00.
The beach is big, there is enough space for everyone. And in order to sunbathe near the pool, I had to take seats at 6 in the morning.
If you decide to take excursions not from hotel guides, but from small travel agencies on the streets, never contact Haco tour (if you leave the hotel and walk along the embankment to the left, you will see this travel agency). Timur, who works there, inflates prices a lot. And on an excursion to the Turkish bath, we were brought to the terrible Sun Love Hotel. The bath, if you can call it that, is terribly dirty and there is no service. When they approached with claims, they refused to return the money.
The bar street is very noisy. Clubs are dirty. In general, there is nothing to do there.
We went to the A la carte restaurant with Asian cuisine. The food there is not tasty. We decided that it was better to have dinner at a regular hotel restaurant. By the way, everyone who goes to this hotel has 1 a la carte visit for free. But you need to sign up a few days before the visit.
