Dear tourists, the named hotel does not correspond to a 5-star hotel at all. The hotel is really located in a wonderful place with beautiful views, in the mountains, there are no other hotels nearby. But, we flew to Bodrum from Kyiv (airplanes from Kyiv to Izmir do not fly) and drove four and a half hours to the hotel along a serpentine mountain road. It's very tiring. From Izmir, it takes about an hour to get to the hotel. There are no Russian speaking guides in the hotel. The service staff does not speak English well, only a few know German. The hotel room is standard: bath, shower, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning (worked very poorly, often turned off), safe, internet (bad and very slow connection. Once the lights went out in the hotel, once at night we were flooded. One in a word, they save money everywhere and on everything. There are no air conditioners in the elevators and it is very stuffy, although there is a ventilation system. My husband got stuck in the elevator, sat for 7 minutes, then told them about their wonderful service. In the restaurant (my husband called "dining room") in the morning and in for lunch the air conditioner did not work, the tourists were sweating, for dinner the air conditioner worked, but very weakly. A tourist from America explained that the air conditioning system in the hotel is designed only for the restaurant, and not for the entire hotel (6-story building). Meat dishes were, but not much. The selection is not great, but it would be better. Seafood was once, from fruits: watermelon, melon, sour plums and apples, hard peaches, but pears were not bad. One incident happened to us; We ordered a la carte (Chinese restaurant), when we arrived, the restaurant was just closed. Of course, the conflict was settled, but the mood was spoiled. The beach is small, sandy but quite dirty. In the morning I found plastic cups, forks, spoons, deck chairs were always in the sand, no one wiped them. The only plus is the sea; clean, transparent, warm and gentle, the sand is fine-grained and a little darkish. "Umbrella mushrooms" on the beach are rusty, it seems that they are either very old or already used. Beach towels are also old, washed out, even came across with holes. The animation is not intrusive, but friendly. For children, the animation worked well, me and my son liked it. This is of course my subjective opinion. But everyone chooses for himself. Have a good rest everyone.
