We had a family vacation - me, my wife and a little daughter (almost 2 years old) - from June 30.2018 to July 10.2018. Arrived July 11.2018. I’ll say right away in general, and then I’ll write in VERY detail our opinion about the hotel in which we rested, and actually in GRAND EFE 4 stars. The hotel can't have that many stars. And now for the points:
1. Check-in for us personally went quite quickly, we arrived at the hotel closer to 11 am, we were warned in advance that by 1.00 we should be settled + - hour, since the hotel is fully loaded at that time and there may be problems with timely cleaning in the rooms. Fortunately, we have a small child, who apparently understood the essence of the situation, was nervous, screamed periodically, wanted to sleep, because. we flew early in the morning, we had to get up at night, and the hotel staff, in order not to see or hear this, an hour after arriving at the hotel, we were settled in the room. The view was of the pool and part of the sea, in principle there were no complaints, and I think the rooms were free. But this is my opinion. However, if we talk about other families who flew in with us, then of course, they were settled almost by 1.00 and even later, and as it turned out later, we found out that 1 family had to be settled in another hotel, and then it turned out that this there were some kind of dark huts, it’s not clear where, a window at the top in the ceiling, and they were there for almost 5 days. Why did it happen? Again, according to this family, they say a large influx of sudden Turks, they say they are populated in priority, sorry !!! ! The tour was bought, the reservation was made, the tour operator's problem, but, as you can see, there was no adequate solution from the tour operator's employees. If this happened to us, I would certainly solve the issue at a higher level, but I would not go to any huts with a child.
2. What we saw right away at the hotel. It was almost lunch time, and here, the spectacle. The restaurant where the meal takes place was still closed, and an incredible line was lining up in front of the doors. We thought maybe this is how it should be, and then the doors will open and everything will be fine, and by inertia (Thank God! ) we began to queue. The door has opened! People ran, we did not immediately understand where and what, then we saw. People didn’t put the hot stuff themselves, but lined up for the cook to put on the plates. RAVE! Anyway, if someone needs 2-3 servings of hot, he says and they impose on him. IS IT IMPOSSIBLE to put 4-8 spoons and people will take FOOD for themselves!! ! No matter how hungry each of us is. This situation was very annoying, there were 2-3 days when a lot of tourists left and new tourists had not yet had time to settle in, then the queue was SMALL - it was pleasing))) and so - it was both at lunch and for dinner! In principle, FOOD is OK, if you imagine that you are at home or somewhere in a good DINING ROOM! It is possible to eat hot, but it stank very much ALLEGED to be beef, which I did not eat, tk. I was sure that it was LAMB, well, it doesn’t smell like Beef))) At least shoot at me and in TURKEY it is not in LARGE quantities. I ate chicken as usual, after 1-2 days there WAS fish. Delicious. The vegetables were in full, I lay in the room for 1-2 days, poisoned myself with stale tomatoes, then I figured out that from them, because. I love tomatoes very much and ignored the fact that they were sluggish and floated in their own juice))) IT'S MY GUILT. I don’t write about pasta salads and sausages from TOMORROW, because. EVERYBODY understands that this will always be present))) Fruits are basically delicious, the situation that kills people is that people pick up fruit in BUCKETS, and then they don’t eat it all and throw it away. People, be reasonable, eat as much as you can, but do not go too far. I won’t say that the dishes were too clean, but I missed it as it is.

The territory of the hotel is small, the hotel is not designed for such a number of people, namely about 350 rooms on 7 floors, and if we assume that there are 2-3 people in the room, then about 700-1000 people were in the hotel. There are loungers! BUT!!!!! ! There is nowhere to put them, there is no place, there is not enough space for everyone, I got up every day at 5:30 in the morning in order to have time to take 2 sunbeds for the three of us. IT WORKED, but it was very ANNOUNTING and looked stupid from the outside, that everyone was running and rather taking any sunbed. Everyone ran in the morning and did so! BIG MINUS!
4. There is practically NO BEACH of your own. You walk from the hotel from the back side, 50-100 meters, stairs, go down and there 1 m wide and 50-70 meters long - this is supposedly a BEACH right away. Some stones, and in the sea too, it hurts to walk and go down! BUT!!! ! A solution has been found, on the territory of the hotel there are 2-3 shops of one mistress HADZHIZHE, who has been working there for 25 years. Sells for $5 special shoes for this. GOOD BUSINESS. Everyone has to buy! RAVE! It should be given to tourists for free, if the hotel has such an entrance to the sea. WATER is clean - This is a plus))) not far, if you step aside, there is a sandy private hotel area, where there are wooden GREEN sunbeds, about 20, you can also be there, much better than on the hotel itself with pools. But not BROWN sunbeds, they are private, you can't do it. There is more sand, on that part of the BEACH, with children it is better to be THERE.
5. ABOUT water and living creatures in it. The water - I repeat - is clean, normal, BUT 5-7 meters from the shore there are a lot of stone slabs, on which, in your opinion, who? CORRECTLY - SEA urchins! As soon as I learned about this and saw how a couple of people received injections from hedgehogs, I didn’t go into the water anymore. HORROR! But people bathed at their own peril and risk, as it is! I WOULD KNOW that there are Hedgehogs there, I wouldn’t go there with a child FOR EXACTLY! All the time we were in the pool, for children and adults, I’ll say right away that you are unlikely to swim in it, because. the size of the pools is not large, for children, for adults, but, as you understand, there are HUNDREDS of people! Either at 8 am or at 8 pm free)))
6. ANIMATION! Finally fly away - 2-3 adult animators on site and 2-3 for children. But, what is the animation - at 10 am or 10.30 am the music starts playing and immediately get used to it being the ONE AND THE SAME throughout your vacation, repeated every hour the same or even more often. Allegedly interesting competitions, well. . . you'll see for yourself. . Allegedly WATER GYMNASTICS at 1.00 - well, well. . . you'll see for yourself. WEAK! About children's entertainment, a similar situation - in the evening at 2.00 watch cartoons, the same ones . . like Angry Birds, Well, wait, then 4-5 dances of the ONE and the same every laziness. ARAM ZAM ZAM and CHUKA CHUKA CHOOOOOO. You will see everything yourself. Moreover, the expression on the faces of the animators, God forbid, and one constantly vulgarly chewed chewing gum during children's dances and so when she walked around the hotel. There was also a MACHO animator, probably under 50 years old, it is clear that once he was an ATHLET, but the deposition of fat already suggests the opposite, sometimes he stuck defiantly to girls who were without HUSBANDS or a couple, vulgarly stretching his LIPS to them. HORROR!
7. HAMAM! He is - but just one word, free to enter and warm up. This is where the freebies end. The foam massage itself and scrubbing (body peeling! ) Cost about 30 USD. The massage therapist does not throw off ANY dollar, and the procedure takes about 20-25 minutes. IT'S NOT WORTH IT! One pleased, the masseur did not follow on his heels and did not beg! This is a plus))) decide for yourself whether you want to throw money away.

I advise you to go to KUSADASI, the minibus from the hotel runs almost every half an hour, about 10 lira per person or 3 dollars, but it’s better to change the LIRA, the exchange rate is different for everyone AND DISCOVERY! When I arrive in the city - and it takes about 50-65 minutes to go - immediately go ahead 100 meters and to the right and a lot of their shops begin! The prices are different, you can buy a leather bag for 500 TL, and the same bag for 80 TL))) you have to bargain. And Waikiki is there and CATON, etc. All kinds of Turkish sweets, fresh, MUCH cheaper than next to the HOTEL. Keep in mind! PORT in Kusadasi, look, the BEACH is also beautiful there. The rooms were not cleared at what time, almost everyone with small children usually sleep during the day, and always, as luck would have it, they come to the room where small children are cleaned at 12:30 and until 14:00 (during this interval! ). Until it pissed me off and I was urged to do it either earlier or later. Changed towels in good faith, sheets - it's OK!

There is a children's MINI club - initially it worked from 1.00 to 1.45 and from 1.00 to 1.45, later the time was increased - from 1.00 to 1.00 and from 1.00 to 1.00 - it's not bad, the kids had fun there, jumped, but be careful there is a HOLE under the inner trampoline, my daughter managed to crawl in there, I managed to pull her out, as I could get injured on the head with the LEGS of the children who were jumping on the trampoline at that moment. We talked about this many times, and at the reception and animators, each time the answer is, YES YOU WHAT! Thanks for letting me know - we'll fix it. NOTHING got fixed. There is a bigger trampoline on the outer playground, there is also a HOLE, be careful that the children do not get there, but rather do not let the children go there. They also talked about this, ZERO REACTION.
12. INTERNET! He is and he is NOT! Terrible entrance system, every day you had to re-enter the room number + password, and after 3-4 days - it was necessary to do this already 2 times a day, and then already 3 times a day. I practically did not catch it in the room, it was good only in the bar, on the territory of the hotel near the reception.

There are no even thoughts about an appetizer, water with water . . Although for the first time we can do it for everyone. We settled on cold beer and medium porosity wine. Burda coffee, but no choice. They didn't drink tea.
Food and next to it.
You won't be hungry. But don't expect fancy. There is no pork at all (the floor of the hotel is Turkish). From fish, mackerel and dumb species like tuna. I don't eat fish so I can't tell you the taste. Mostly chicken in different variations and probably beef in cutlet form. Sausages, sausage, a lot of different cheese, but almost all of it is very salty. Lots of salads and all sorts of local vegetables. But be careful with them, many are so sharp that even a liter of beer was not enough to put out the fire. In short, if you don’t know a lot at once, don’t throw it into the furnace. There are enough sweets. Fruit and berries were watermelon (5+) melon, cherry, peaches, apples (all 3+). And I almost forgot. There was a legend in the restaurant that once they gave red fish in a salad, but I saw only those people who saw those people who saw or tried this gift of the gods. If you get to a meal during rush hour, you will have to stand for a hot meal from 5 to 15 minutes. For the rest, there were no queues. Hotel.
The hotel, as you probably already saw, is L-shaped. Two views of the pool. one for Turkish dachas and the sea (100 meters later), the floor is from the third, and one the hell knows how to call it shorter when you enter those balconies that are from the facade. We were overlooking the pool (partially interfere with pine trees) conveniently. But in the evening I already wanted to go to the side of the dachas. tourists go in shoals, music plays, etc. falling asleep is not always comfortable. The number is normal for me. Air conditioning e. . l brains a little. They told the representative of the tour operator, they decided in an hour. Wi-Fi)) catches very badly. Green sunbeds for tourists, brown ones for summer residents. The sea is calm until noon. after lunch 9 out of 10 wavy, as you like. According to the wave of adults 90% of children 10%. If you stay on the water, it will not be very dumb, but the bitch is very interesting. Almost everyone bought a special. shoes to go into the sea and I, including (although in vain) explain why. The animation is the same. Mainly for children. Although I jumped a couple of times. Cool. In the evening, apart from the hotel, there is nowhere to walk. Personally, when buying a tour, we were told that Kusadasi or near them, but not so. Kusadasi is 45 km away. The hotel is separate from the village (and there is nothing to do in the village in the evening). Prices for things of the level of Minsk or Moscow are at the level of sales of a brand of the middle price segment (this is already with bargaining). The rate is 3.3 -3.5 lira for 1 forever green.

The hotel is separate from the village (and there is nothing to do in the village in the evening). Prices for things of the level of Minsk or Moscow are at the level of sales of a brand of the middle price segment (this is already with bargaining). The rate is 3.3 -3.5 lira for 1 forever green.

Everything is very neat. The staff is very friendly and not intrusive. There were a lot of vegetables and the freshest quality fruits. Between the main meals, one could still intercept all sorts of goodies, not to mention drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I really liked the tea. So fragrant, freshly brewed. All throughout the day! Sea charm. The water is clean, the bottom, however, is not quite even, if you sail a little everything is super. We swam in special slippers and the quality of the bottom did not bother us at all. There are all sorts of water activities such as a banana, a jet ski, a parachute and many other things. The catamaran is free. Very pleasant and good memories remained. I want to go there again.
