Palana is very cool, clean and not crowded. Especially Russians. We took breakfast and dinner, dined on the mountain in restaurants and cafes.
There are absolutely no problems with the transfer to the mountain: a train takes 150-200 m to the gondola, but immediately rise to the very top. All lifts are included in the price.
The hotel is new and modern. The only negative is that there is no dryer, so the shoes had to be taken to the room.
