Hilton Dalaman. I can confidently say that this is the best hotel in Turkey. I happened to visit different parts of this country and stay in different hotels, but Hilton Dalaman - undoubtedly exceeds all expectations. I want to note right away that at the end of 2009 the general director of the hotel changed, and the hotel only benefited from this and noticeably changed. The territory of the hotel is not just big, it is huge, green, clean, well-groomed. The hotel building itself is 4-storey, if you look closely, it is in the shape of a scorpion. To say about the design of the hotel - beautiful, means to say nothing, it's amazingly beautiful! Stylish, elegant, expensive, and at the same time cozy, a very well-chosen color scheme, a lot of beige and turquoise, silver vases, a glass roof, a colored fountain on the 1st floor, you can’t count everything. The King Suit room is the ultimate dream: 356 m2, all terraces with sea views, and there are more than 3 of them, on the terrace (by the way, on the 4th floor) - your own private pool, comfortable beds, tables, chairs; the room has a kitchen with all appliances, a kettle, a coffee maker, dishes, glasses, etc. , a meeting room with a large table, a TV and its own balcony, the bedroom has a simply gorgeous bed, an electronic alarm clock, a TV, another terrace , in the bathroom area - shower, toilet (with telephone), sauna and Jacuzzi. You can lie in the jacuzzi and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Near the jacuzzi, too, your phone. The room is so chic that it just takes your breath away! There is a dressing room, a living room with a TV, a sofa and a table, an entrance hall, I was very pleased with the presence of an ironing board and iron, as well as a kettle with tea and coffee (it turns out that all rooms have it). The room is very quiet, even late in the evening there is absolutely no noise, you can rest easy.
The hotel mainly rests Europeans and Turks, Russians and Ukrainians are not many. The level of vacationers corresponds to the level of the hotel, you can safely go here and not worry that there will be drunken brawls, swearing, etc. Worthy people have a rest, there are a lot of married couples - young and not so, there are also a lot of couples with children. I want to say right away that the hotel is ideal for families - the kids club allows parents to have fun and not worry about their child.
And now about the sea. The Aegean Sea differs from the Mediterranean in its purity and lower salinity, but I want to warn you right away that it does not warm up as quickly as the Mediterranean, the water temperature in it is always a couple of degrees lower than in the Mediterranean. The beach at the hotel is wonderful, almost a kilometer long, clean, no one is lying on the neighbor's head, freedom and once again freedom. At first I was surprised why the sun loungers are far from the water, it turned out that the beach is reserved, here the turtles lay their eggs in the sand, so you can’t build or put anything at a distance of 100 meters from the water. In the summer, these turtles hatch out of the water and run into the sea. Near the beach there are signs with information about turtles. Near the sun loungers there is a bar where you can take some water, tea, coffee, ayran and delicious Turkish cakes with different fillings, called gjozleme.

For those who like to lie down near the pool, this is just a paradise. It is difficult to list the number of pools, there are special sunbeds that stand right in the water, so you can lie on a sunbed with your legs hanging into the water. Near the pool there is something like sleeping places with pillows and a canopy - very comfortable. Near the pools - their bars, so hunger will not take you by surprise. From entertainment during the day at the hotel - it's volleyball, football, tennis, squash, gymnastics, Pilates, dancing, a gym with the latest fancy equipment (by the way, it works 24 hours a day), mountain biking, water slides, canoeing on the river, you can fly on a parachute and a lot of everything else. In addition, I went to a horse farm about half an hour away from the hotel and got a real pleasure from riding a horse. I also highly recommend a trip to Isuzu Beach and Dalyan.
Separately, I must tell about the SPA. There is no other SPA like it! It's just amazing! There is a free SPA zone for everyone with its own pool, sauna and hammam, and there is a paid SPA zone, where there are separate rooms for different types of procedures, 2 swimming pools, relaxation rooms for a company with a sauna and karaoke, terraces with floor-to-ceiling glass windows where you can rest after procedures. By the way, the hotel has SPA rooms with their own massage tables. I really enjoyed the Ayurvedic massage. I’ll tell you in more detail: you are lying in a separate room on a couch that is heated from below, gentle music plays, twilight, the master spreads preheated olive oil on your whole body and massages, starting from the tips of your toes and ending with a head massage. In the second part of the massage, a bowl of olive oil is hung over the head and dripped onto the forehead. During the massage, I dozed off, it's so nice. The sensations after the massage are simply fabulous, the skin is silky and tender, the body is rested and cleansed, they say that this massage has the ability to remove toxins. After the massage, I had a foam bath, I was completely washed in foam, like a child they wrapped up a dressing gown, took me to the terrace, sat me down on a bench, gave herbal tea and left to rest. It cannot be expressed in words, it must be experienced.
The hotel has the so-called Bar Street - a street of bars. You enter the doors and find yourself on the street of bars, each with its own unique design and interior, drinks. Glitter champagne and oyster bar, F Lounge bar, Cafer wine bar, Oak whiskey and liquor bar, Anisse raki bar. There is a disco area in the center of the bar street. In A la carte restaurants you can try any cuisine - Turkish, Mediterranean, Chinese. I highly recommend the fish restaurant - delicious fresh fish! There are 23 bars and restaurants in total.
Of the bars, my favorite was the Roof Rouge Bar right under the glass roof of the hotel on the 4th floor, which constantly changed its color, as well as the Piano Forte Bar with live piano playing.

In the evening, you can have a great time at the Breeze bar, smoke a hookah, live music plays here, and different groups perform, during my vacation, a Turkish group performed once, which covered famous hits, and another time there was a Cuban group with groovy Cuban motives. The amphitheater has its own program every evening at 9.30. The guys are doing a great job, doing a real show in costumes, with professional lighting and music. In general, the animators are trying very hard, they are not imposed, but entertain. The disco starts at 11 am and is open until 2 am in the open air, with its own bar and soft cushions on which you can sit reclining. It is very pleasing that the disco is not heard at all in the hotel building, so the children will sleep sweetly.
Separately, I want to note the service. The service at the Hilton is excellent. The waiters are polite and courteous, no one bothers the guests and does not tell greasy jokes. They know their job and do it in the best possible way. All waiters speak at least English, and most can explain themselves in German, French and Russian. In the main restaurant, the waiters meet, take you to the table, serve the table in front of you, pour tea, coffee, orange juice, some water and other drinks.
We can talk about food for a long time. Everything is fresh, the choice is huge, there are dietary dishes, at the end of May there were strawberries, melons, watermelons, plums, cherries, peaches, quinces, bananas, apples. Children line up for ice cream, and adults line up for fried fish and kebabs. The Hilton network has its own system for labeling the calorie content of dishes for those who follow nutrition, so everything is simple.
The climate in Dalaman is drier than on the Anatolian coast, and more windy. So in the summer you don’t sweat here like in Antalya and you don’t die from the heat due to the wind. By the way, getting to the hotel is very convenient - 15-20 minutes by car from Dalaman airport. I forgot: the hotel is located in an extraordinary place where the Dalaman River, the Aegean and the Mediterranean Sea connect. For this, fishing enthusiasts are given fishing rods here. Mosquitoes are not seen or heard here, during the rest I bit once. They are actively fighting. Of the minuses - golf courses are still under construction, while there is nowhere to play golf, they will be completed in 2011.
Hilton Dalaman has a huge congress center, modern, with various halls, conference rooms, etc. If you get a chance, I suggest you take a look. Here you can see the ministers who came to the meeting and officials of various levels. Great place for seminars, training or just meetings.
