We rested at the hotel from July 17 to July 26.2013 with my husband, in Sarigerme for the third time, before that that year we were in the Tropical and Alina boutique. I liked the hotel, a beautiful large area, compared to Tropical a little bare, there are more fountains and greenery, many large pools throughout, a nice cozy room, they took it with a view of the sea, but I advise others not to do this, why overpay money. The room has everything you need, an ironing board with an iron, an electric kettle, an ice container, there are ice machines on each floor, tea and coffee are reported every day, there are scales, I really liked the shampoo and shower gel that they put in the room .
We arrived at the hotel in the morning, at the airport we were met by a representative of the Tez tour and we and another family (who came to this hotel for the fourth or fifth time) went to the hotel, check-in took about half an hour. The staff was very friendly, all issues were quickly resolved. In the room cleaned every day, change of linen every day too, and towels too. The food is simply wonderful, there is a lot of food and it is all of excellent quality and very tasty. There are diet food. Blenders for kids. Separately, for those who wish, there is a double boiler. There are no themed dinners of national cuisines in the hotel, but the assortment changes every day, something new is prepared every day. Very tasty sweet dishes.
The representative from Teza worked well. He was almost always present in the hotel. I didn’t impose anything, I didn’t strain with excursions, who needed to ask something - contact by phone

The beach at the hotel is sandy, but the sea in this hotel is simply NO! The entrance to the sea is not very convenient, a sharp descent and a large needle, it is not very convenient with children, although behind the mountain and near it there is sand and a smooth entry into the sea.
After lunch, it is very difficult to find a place by the pools, they simply do not exist, there are no people on the sunbeds, but the places are all occupied by towels.
The weather was great, though it rained heavily one evening, but this does not apply to the hotel.
I can recommend this hotel to people who do not need the sea, only a pool and excellent food.
Replenishment of the mini bar every day free of charge. Of the vacationers, there are a lot of families with children, mostly tourists from England and Ukraine, there are very few people from Russia. The second time I would not go to this hotel, it is not worth the money that we paid for it. I will answer all questions.
