Rested family with friends (5 adults) from 07/09/2011 to 07/20/11. Thanks to everyone who leaves their feedback. We recommend this hotel to those who are tired of the metropolis and love to relax in the countryside, enjoying nature and silence. You leave the hotel and immediately find yourself in a Turkish village (gardens and fields are nearby). In the mornings, a rooster sings, cows moo, a donkey screams. This is especially felt if you go to the beach at 6 in the morning, everyone greets you, as is customary in any village. Therefore, we had no disappointments, because thanks to the reviews we chose just such a place.
There were no problems with the settlement, since we arrived at the hotel after 17.00. I asked for a Turkish room on the 2nd floor (I love a beautiful view from the window), they gave it to me without any additional payments and tips, our friends were settled under us on the ground floor. Do not be afraid of the rooms in the basement, but you won’t have a view from the window, but if it’s + 40 outside the window, it’s much cooler there than on the 2nd floor, and you can sleep at night without air conditioning.
The rooms are normal. There were three of us (the third on an extra bed, the hotel is full season). So we took a ticket 3 in a standard room. The room is big enough. Cleaned well, washed the floor. We left tips. The water in the shower did not drain well, they asked at the reception to clean it, but the staff did nothing. Our friends had the same thing, so they made less water pressure and did not pay attention. There is only liquid soap in the shower, bring your own shampoo. Hairdryer worked, air conditioning worked.

As for me, a big minus is an open dining room. I had to brush aside flies, wasps, and other flying creatures. And it's very hot at lunchtime. Although the rest of our company was not bothered by this, but on the contrary, thanks to this, a beautiful view of the mountains.
Meals without much variety for 3, but no one was hungry. The number of dishes is not large, but they always brought what was over. Breakfast - eggs, buns, sausages or julienned sausage, milk, muesli, cheese, olives, vegetables, fruits (watermelon, orange, grapefruit, melon, apples, plums). Fish (grilled mackerel) was for dinner 2 times a week, chicken or an idea for lunch and dinner, either stewed or grilled, several times there were lamb cutlets. Rice is delicious, french fries are tasty at home, boiled potatoes are not tasty. Sour milk (airan) is delicious. We love cheeses and olives - we liked it, a good cheese. One dinner was grilled liver. You can choose between spicy and non-spicy dishes. Cold snacks are always spicy. But we liked it, we love spicy. The choice of sweets is poor. But our company is not sweet. Beer, if compared with Czech, then none, but we drank. They practically didn’t drink wine (not very much, white is a little better), we brought with us and drank our own (we love Italian). We don’t like strong drinks, and we didn’t drink there. There is no kitchen on the territory of the hotel, everything is cooked in a 5 * Boutique and is brought hot, they only cut it and washed the dishes. Dishes are clean, staff is friendly. Learn a couple of words in Turkish and you will be treated even better.
Bad - at the bar they give water in reusable plastic cups (the owners are greedy for disposable ones)
I liked the beach, especially the trestle beds with featherbeds under the pines. There were always enough beds. I won’t say that the sand is perfectly clean, there are cigarette butts and garbage from trees, but there were no plastic bottles, cups, bags, everything was cleaned. The bar on the beach is very poor. Shower, toilet on the beach everything worked. The sea is of course 5+. After lunch, a wave rises on the sea, if you don’t like to jump in the waves, take a walk to the Seno hotel beach, swim without a wave. Only they are not allowed to lie on other people's sunbeds, but you can lie on the sand anywhere.

Tours. We recommend with Mike to catch crabs - just a bomb.
Boat trips in the bays. Even if you swim poorly, there are life jackets on the boats, you won't regret swimming.
Attention. Excursions on the beach offers Beck. Be careful with him. He suggests a trip to Dalyan. There are 2 excursions to Dalyan. 1st standard - this is how they carry everything - mud and a mineral spring, a boat trip along the river and lake, lunch (lunch was terrible !! ! even vegetables are inedible) Lycian tombs, turtles (if you're lucky), swimming on the beach. 2nd bus across the pass to the turtle hospital and the beach and something else there. He promised us the 2nd option, and sent the first one. Before giving him money, try to clarify the route with him again and stipulate penalties so that you don’t feel like you were stupidly thrown at money, and if you are going to Dalyan for the first time, then you will also like the 1st option of the tour. Just bring some food and water with you. Take bread with you, feed the fish - turtles will also come.
You can go again, but the price should be lower ($ 870 per person for 10 days departure from Kyiv).
