We rested at the hotel from 07/13/2017 to 07/25/2017, two adults and a child of 5 years old. I must say right away that Turkey is my favorite beach resort, I’m probably resting in Turkey for the 8th time already and, frankly, I didn’t want to waste time writing a review, but still I decided to write so that, despite minor shortcomings, the hotel management would pay attention to them so that the tour operator, whose services we have repeatedly used, drew attention to the quality of service for tourists, well, to enlighten you all about the hotel. Immediately I ask no one to be offended: neither the hotel management, nor the representatives of the tour operator, nor the staff of the air carrier. After all, I write only the truth only so that people pay attention to my work and draw the appropriate conclusions. So we chose this hotel to enjoy our beach holiday. For us, the main thing was: the sea, a good gentle entrance so that you can swim with a small child, good territory, food and quality of service. We purchased a tour through Coral Travel, whose services we have already used several times before. I immediately purchased a room with a sea view “Sea View” and in our vouchers, the following was written: ROOM Type: 2 ADL + 1 CHD (STANDARD ROOM SEA VIEW) So: everything was done: the hotel was chosen, we worked with a trusted tour operator room with sea view. Oh, a dream, because last year we, like most Russians, could not get to Turkey. In general, we were all waiting for happiness and it began. The day of July 13, despite the number, began more than successfully, we flew to Antalya from Sheremetyevo at 4 am with Onurair. The flight turned out to be good (AirBus plane) and already around 7 am we were in Turkey. Happiness continued further, we were among the first to receive our suitcase and 2 bags of luggage. It was probably around 8 in the morning, when we were already sitting on the bus, I was already in my thoughts in our room overlooking the sea and swimming in it. Happiness was a little overshadowed by the long wait for our 2 tourists, whom we waited on the bus for 40 minutes. Finally, we went and happiness rushed to meet us again: our hotel was the first along the route and we were already in it in an hour. Leaving, according to the good Russian-Turkish tradition, a tip in the amount of $ 1 to the driver, we were already at the hotel reception at about 10 am. A friendly girl who speaks Russian at the reception said that our room is not yet ready and we need to wait a bit, but you can visit the restaurant and have breakfast. Just in case, I emphasized to the girl that we have Sea View (a room with a sea view), to which she affirmatively assented: “Yes, yes Sea View, but you have to wait... ” Happiness continued. It was already late breakfast and we had something to eat. Upon returning to the reception and another 1.5 hours of waiting, it became clear that while the staff was preparing our room, we needed to occupy ourselves with something... You can’t change clothes without a number and unpacked bags, and there’s nothing much to do in such heat. I suggested to my wife that they take advantage of Turkish hospitality, as well as the all-inclusive service and start trying local alcoholic cocktails. On the bar at the reception there was a sign with the composition of cocktails. Oh dream, happiness continued, we started with Alba Dreams (this is the first alcoholic cocktail on the list). The happiness continued, it was probably already 12:30 when we drank the 5th cocktail in anticipation of our Sea View. At about 13:30 it became clear that the Turkish side was obviously very carefully preparing to receive Russian tourists from Moscow, since the room was not yet ready. The room was not yet ready, and after drinking cocktails we were already well, happiness continued... At about 14:00, when I approached the receptionist, he said that the room was ready and our things were wheeled on a cart to another building. A friendly Turk happily showed us a narrow small room with a double bed and a separate sofa for a child and a broken safe on the 1st floor of some building. Upon entering the room, I realized that it was located on the other side of the sea and on the 1st floor. Going out onto the balcony, we saw three trees and a road instead of the sea. It was clearly a Land View for the price of a Sea…Happiness was temporarily over. I was just at a loss, the wife too. A friendly Turk, looking at our reaction, calling me in a friendly way “friend”, said that we should spend the night here, and tomorrow go to the reception. Taking my daddy with documents and not looking at the exhortations of my new Turkish "friend" who helped bring our suitcases, I returned to the reception to sort things out. When I returned, I showed the English speaking manager that our voucher clearly stated “Sea View”. The manager shook his head sympathetically, said that, unfortunately, there was an error in the system and there were 2 Sea View rooms to choose from: the first one is already ready, and the second one needs to wait until it is removed. Both were in the building adjacent to the reception on the 3rd floor. The 1st room was narrow, but not bad, the 2nd one was wider and very good, I chose it. It was probably around 4:00 pm when the Turkish side provided our legal Sea View with a view of the sea. Arriving at the hotel at 10 in the morning, we got our room closer to 16... We somehow sorted out our things and passed out after sleeping through dinner. The Turkish side was clearly preparing for our arrival. It’s not clear what it was, maybe it was the tour operator’s mistake, who didn’t correctly report the category of our room, or maybe the friendly hotel management decided that the Russians didn’t understand what they were ordering and they could slip anything on them....Next day 14.07, we had breakfast, went to the sea and we had an appointment with our hotel guide Leonid, a representative of the tour operator Coral Travel. Exactly at 11:30 we came to the meeting. We decided in advance that since we had already run into excursions, we would not go anywhere this year, especially since the territory of the hotel is very large and it has its own mini zoo, here we will not be bored anyway. We met with Leonid and I told him in a rather polite manner in advance that since we were already in Turkey not for the first time and had already been to many places, this year we would not go on any excursions, but we were just planning a beach holiday, for which Leonid politely said that he still asks us to listen to the program of excursions and then at later 12:45 he will return our vouchers to all of us, on which he will put a stamp with his phone. After listening to the program of excursions and after some of the tourists had already begun to order them, we politely left (I warned in advance that we were not planning any excursions) and I wanted to return at 12:45 in order to take our vouchers with a stamp. To which he said that apparently some tourists mixed up and took our vouchers, but then a good idea dawned on him and he suggested that I take their vouchers for myself & # 61514; ) Like a kind of “change” they say, since they mixed up and took yours vouchers, then you take them... That is, apparently it doesn’t matter if your last name is or not, it is important that only the voucher be stamped. To which I told Leonid that it was somehow not good that the surname was not mine, and he agreed. I assured Leonid that I had a copy of the vouchers, to which he said that he still needed a stamp with his phone number. I asked Leonid to wait, went to the reception and took a blank sheet, on which he put his stamp, which, just in case, he took with him when leaving the hotel. We did not intersect with representatives of Coral Travel before our departure. Well, then happiness came, we swam, rested and enjoyed Turkish hospitality. Water slidesMini zoo: I especially liked the big parrots and the pelican, my daughter really liked to feed them with bread. A good snack bar next to the beach, we dined there without changing clothes. Wine, champagne, tuborg beer. Here, some tourists who do not understand anything are trying to say that it is diluted. This is a good beer, good quality, in any resort in Turkey, the beer has a small number of degrees, otherwise everyone would just revel. But if you drink enough of this wonderful chilled beer, then I assure you, the effect will be. On 25.07 on the day of departure, I went to the reception in the morning and wanted to extend the time of our stay in the room until 19:00 for a fee (we had to leave at 19:30). We were informed that people were already coming to our place and that, unfortunately, the number could not be extended. We had to quickly pack up and by 12:00 we vacated the room, things were taken to the storage room. We had lunch in the main restaurant, had a little rest at the reception and went swimming. We were told that we can take a shower and change clothes in the hammam. Around 17:30 we returned from the sea and went to the hammam. Unfortunately, my wife and daughter were unable to take a shower, due to the lack of towels, which were not found in the women's section for departing tourists, but when I went to the shower, they still found one towel for me... Finally, the bus arrived for us and we went to the airport . The holiday was a success, but at the very end of our trip we were in for a small surprise from Coral Travel. By the way, if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have written this review... Our return flight was scheduled for 23:10 on a regular Onurair flight. So, when it was already 30 minutes drive to the airport, our transfer guide from Coral Travel said, naming my last name, that the departure time had changed for us and our flight was transferred to another flight of the same Onurair airline. but 5 minutes earlier, i. e. 23:05. This is the first time that the tour operator changes the regular flight at the very end... It was a little strange, but there's nothing to be done, this is a trusted tour operator Coral Travel, whose services we have already used more than once... Then we went through the check of personal belongings and luggage, registered on a new flight and were preparing to set sail for their homeland 5 minutes earlier, but no such luck. On the scoreboard for the previously scheduled flight at 23:10, for which we were previously registered, the Gate had already opened and boarding had begun, but on our new flight at 23:05, the Gate did not open and the boarding did not begin. And then suddenly there was an inscription that the flight was postponed to 2:15 the next day. That is, our trusted tour operator Coral Travel changed our flight, by which we could fly to Moscow on time for a flight that was delayed by 3 hours…. I must say that the mood immediately improved. We flew to Moscow only at about 3:00 in the morning. On the Onurair plane, I asked the flight attendant when she passed me with a cart for some water, she did not understand me, when I repeated “water” again and pointed to the bottle, she said with a tone of reproach “English - Water”, I repeated “Water “Water”.
