Hotel ratings by criteria:
1. First, let's talk about a series of humiliations. Representatives of "Pegas Touristik" (PEGAS TOURISTIK) Olga BERSENEVA and Natalya KUSKOVA were at the ARINNA hotel, but our arrival was ignored. Moreover, they frankly stole TWO DAYS: it turns out that such a practice is legalized in them. And even registered on a special stand!
But in order. On the day of arrival (about 9 am) they defiantly refused to meet with the group (ONLY THE NEXT DAY! - this oddity was announced to us on the bus). But what kind of nonsense is this? This is a well-thought-out tactic: after a sleepless night (we flew out of St. Petersburg at 4 am), we, 12 people, were patiently starved in the hotel lobby for several hours in a row, without providing a room. But PEGAS persistently DAMBLED INTO THE CONSCIOUSNESS: it is customary to give a tip here, from 20 US dollars - for a place in the room (! ) At the reception desk, called in a foreign manner the reception, there is even a box (we took a picture of it) - with an inscription in Russian: FOR TIPS.
You will hardly find any more Russian signs in THIS hotel - only in German, Turkish and Polish. This kind of discrimination is despite the fact that our compatriots in ARINNA were by no means less than 50 percent. I almost forgot - there was another announcement for us - about the paid services of the local bath. All.

So, the first day was hopelessly ruined because there were no Nomeks ready for tourists from Russia. So our girl Anya slept right in the vestibule chair at an air temperature of 30 degrees. Until we shelled out for a "tip" - $40 for 2 rooms (for three).
Others continued to starve - breed, we suspect, also not without the participation of our representatives Olya and Natasha, see above). And on the DAY of DEPARTURE, these arrogant and malicious ladies (especially Olya), ordered to leave ("RENT! ") rooms until 12 pm and wander around the hotel until evening (before leaving for the airport).
I had to submit - but according to them, we are "very lucky - other travel companies have only one representative each, Moscow PEGASS has two at once in Arinna! " How lucky you already understood.

2. For 7 (instead of PAID 9) days of rest - we got herpes here: the tiny beach was almost never cleaned, cigarette butts, dogs sleeping under sun loungers (? ? ), etc. Periodically, servants removed only REUSABLE plastic glasses from the sand ( !! ! ) use. It then dawned on us that there was no hot water at all in the beach buffet. And this Turkish "know-how" - to wash plastic glasses...
And in cold water! And we, Russians, drink water and other chemical drinks from them, given out as juice...AT THE SAME TIME, GERMAN VACATIONERS - EVEN ON THE BEACH - DRINKS WITH BOWINGS - WERE SERVED IN GLASS CONTAINERS.
The same thing happened in the bar by the hotel pool: the Russians (and for some reason, according to our observations, the Poles too), were poured cocktails, beer, etc. - into plastic reusable (! ) glasses, the Germans - exclusively into glass.

3. Food - a solid THREE: fish - usually of poor quality; meat - for an amateur; soup - for breakfast and lunch - one and the same, a kind of slurp in a single copy. What was not consumed for breakfast-lunch-dinner was put up for eating the next day...In fairness, let's note dinner: thanks to the chicken fillet, it was the most tolerable. But fruits - no berries at all, only in the evening - watermelon. Wine (vodka) for gr. The Russian Federation was served of disgusting quality (sour meat and just moonshine), and even generously diluted with water; the Germans, as is customary here, are of excellent quality (once I happened to be convinced of this when they accidentally ended up in a company that the service staff mistook for German citizens) ...

4.
Room cleaning - below the baseboard: the bed was changed twice only ...before check-out from the hotel. After a reminder. The floor was not vacuumed at all - it was worth stepping on this wonderful carpet with bare feet - they immediately, the feet of the legs, became black. Tips didn't help either - $1 isn't money here, is it? The towels were mostly torn or stained.
My relatives lived on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey hotel. And one night, with horror, they discovered a marvelous lizard on the ceiling. The administration was informed. In response, a Vietnamese came running (or a Thai - who can figure it out there? ), With a device for catching snakes. And another representative of glorious Asia. In Russian, they are not belmes, but they staged a universal uproar, as a result, the reptile dropped its tail and ran into a mink, which turned out to be ...under one of the beds! The shelter was reliable: all attempts to rid the room of the night mistress were unsuccessful.
and SUNRISE is a company that took care of EVERY tourist from the Russian Federation in practice, and the same excursion to Antalya at SUNRISE was generally FREE: they, like all travel agencies, receive bonuses from factory shops that bring tourists. But the greed of PEGASS, we have seen, knows no bounds. That's even the price list at Pegas Touristik (unlike all their competitors) - it turned out. Is it any wonder then that the prices for additional tour activities from Pegasus were noticeably higher than those of Sunrise, Neva and other firms?

5. Let's go back to the room. Refrigerator - one name, barely cooled the water. But the latter was regularly supplied: 0.5 liters of drinking water per person and 0.2 of mineral water. Thanks for that too. There is no safe in the room at all - only (for $ 3 per day) - behind the reception desk, where anyone has unhindered access.
Of the 16 channels, one (Planet) was in Russian.

6. True, the place is fabulous: pine air, nearby are nice and clean towns.

Yes, and our German settlement is quite, quite! Albeit practically without protection (from the side of the local walking Broadway).
In a word, it turned out like in a glorious hit:
"All is well, beautiful Marquise! . . "
