Settled in within an hour. We were handed 4 cards, two of which were for towels. There were no free towels, they were issued only in the evening. This is the first thing that upset me. Dining room on a solid 3. Plates and cups are poorly washed, I used disposable cups, they are clean : ))) There were always no teaspoons for breakfast, they are sorted out at 7 in the morning, but they don’t bring clean ones. Powdered coffee from the coffee machine, milk too. In general, there was enough food, but for those who love meat, I can say that it is not there, rarely chicken, fish has always been, but not tasty. From fruits only apples, oranges and watermelon. If a portion of food was over, they rarely brought a new one. Arugula was poorly washed, found either earth or sand.
The room was not cleaned well, but the towels were changed if you threw them on the floor. I have been in 4 and 5 star hotels and I can say that this one does not reach 4. Although it is good that the territory is large and the sea is a 3-minute walk along the path, and not across the road as in some places. True, there are algae on the seashore that are not cleaned, so the view in the photo is not very good. But there is a footpath by the sea along which it is very pleasant to walk in the evening.
WiFi (free) is available only at the reception and it doesn’t always work - it’s annoying, don’t call again, don’t write...

Drinks at the bar are of poor quality. There is no gym, instead it is something like exercise equipment on the street. The territory is large, if 3 pools, also slides.
There is animation, performances, in the evening the children have fun. But monotonous. Also for children there is a special house with toys in which they can stay with a teacher. In general, I liked the place, but I would not go to this hotel a second time : )
