Disadvantages - in the first building the room is great, but stuffy (very stuffy), you will not turn on the conductor when you are not in the room (energy saving). And this is at the end of September (! ) Rooms in other buildings have terrible acoustics, and in the bathroom the water on the floor does not dry out as if not washed - just stupidly designed. 300 meters to the sea, the beach - I expected more, although maybe just too much. The contingent is 95% ours and the Russians.
