Hello! Came back 2 days ago. I must say right away that for all my trips this is the 1st review, because. I always thought that this is a subjective opinion, I was wrong. I am writing it so that you would really appreciate all the pros and cons before the trip!!!
This is not the first time we have a rest in Turkey (before that, all the hotels were 5 *, this is our first 4).
Rested with Tez tour, because. believed that it was better to overpay for a reliable tour operator.
We arrived at the hotel very quickly, cheerfully, comfortably at 17.30. Who does not know, I will say that the international check-in time in the room is 14.00. In self-respecting hotels, guests are settled immediately, even at 8.00 (I know from my own experience). We filled out the cards (and by ourselves, manually) and then the fun began. A Turk came up to us, introduced himself as the so-called manager for working with Russian-speaking tourists and said that there were no free rooms in the hotel !! ! Don't fall for this scam people! A couple of young people came with us and they decided to put us in one suite for a day!!! ! And if we refuse, we will go to another hotel! ! Just the case, they ran into the wrong people. I had to make a scandal, in general, after an hour of our "kind" communication, he took us to the "chief manager", who threatened to call the police. It is worth noting that during these 1.5 hours, the hotel guides from the tour memos (and there were 4 of them (2 guides and 2 of their assistants)) who were 2 meters away from us, did not deign to come up and ask about the problem. I had to call them myself, this "miracle" could not really answer a single question and disappeared in a minute. In short, at 19.00 we were given rooms, and no one left during this time.
When we saw the number, we were horrified! Room on the 1st floor, on the balcony there is mold and the stench of stagnant water, a shower 60 * 60 cm, a miniature person will not be able to swim without spilling water. In general, all the water from the shower is on the floor, because of the dampness, insects fly around the room and bite you at night, etc.
The beach is very dirty, cigarette butts are not robbed, one could talk about the culture of vacationers, BUT for 20-30 sun beds 1 ashtray!!!
