We stayed at this hotel from May 4th to May 12th. We got just in the period of settlement of the miners of the Turks. Their first batch settled just the day before, as we were told at the reception. Luckily this didn't affect us and we were seated quickly. They gave me a room in the 3rd building on the 4th floor, the decor in the room is ordinary, but the shabby door in the toilet was depressing, because. was in front of your nose when you relieve your need. They tried not to pay attention to the stain on the mirror and the sheet in small holes, especially since the sheet was changed every other day. The shower is like a shower, I’m not the first to be in such a shower, but there was not enough floor mat, I had to use one of the towels, because. the curtains did not save from the water and if nothing was laid all the dirt was spread throughout the room. Cleaning in the room went unnoticed, they made the bed and wiped the floor, changed the towels a couple of times. In recent days, though, for some reason, they stopped cleaning the room.
In the dining room there are constant lines for food. I, once, timed how much time it takes to collect food on the table - it turned out 40 minutes. Of those 40 minutes, 20 minutes were queuing for the grill. In general, for the first six days, only the dining room annoyed me, the queues at the entrance from the pool infuriated me. It is very hard to get a place on the balcony, especially for dinner. In the morning for breakfast, the large hall was not opened and we had to rush about with full plates in search of an empty cleaned table with all the appliances between the tables on the balcony and a small place inside. Most often, I had to sit down at a dirty table, put the dirty dishes in a pile myself, and then go in search of appliances. There was a catastrophic lack of attendants, both for cooking and for cleaning dishes. Of the most delicious that they gave me, I liked grilled fish, chicken on skewers. The soups were almost all edible. It remained a mystery to me that croutons were attached to the soups. This can be seen from the fact that next to the soup there was a container for crackers, but always empty, i. e. not quite empty in it were the remains of crackers with a spoon. During all 9 days this picture did not change. For dessert, in recent days they have been given delicious fruit baskets - however, I suspect that many of them were not enough. The rest of the dessert is for everyone. There are almost no fruits, except for oranges and apples (apples are not always of good quality). The bar next to the pools has had crazy-priced strawberries and cherries in recent days. In general, it was seen in everything that for such a large number of people there was very little space for placing food and its alternation, as well as very few attendants.
About alcoholic drinks. I didn’t like the wine, they didn’t like their crayfish either, it looked like some kind of potion. More or less it's beer and their vodka according to her husband. Alcohol was served in small plastic cups, even beer. The lobby was given in glass, beer in a glass of 0.33.

The territory of the hotel is compact, green, fruits and flowers grow. By the pools, sun loungers are right next to each other. Water slides work for a very long time, so at the beginning of the opening of the slides, a queue lined up for them, later the excitement subsides and there are fewer people, and you can safely slide down the slides. Later, the Turks come up to the slides, when they roll, then they sit opposite the slides and look at the girls, which is very annoying. By the way, in the sea I also noticed more than once that some Turk clings to you and swims after you. On the water slides, you have to be very careful and stay away from drunk healthy men. All 3 pools are not deep 1.4 meters.
The beach is small, sun loungers are located not in butt, but still very close to each other. And the distance between neighboring beach hotels is also small, on the one hand, a stretched rope separates, on the other hand, flooring. The beach is very noisy. It is hard for non-smokers, especially if you are surrounded on all sides by people who smoke. At the first appearance, the Turks offer their services (excursions, water activities), but not stressfully. Children play right there not far from their parents lying on sun loungers, i. e. the distance of sun loungers is reduced even more, respectively, the noise increases. about the sea: In good weather: In the morning the sea is almost perfect, if not for the pitfalls. After lunch, the sea is muddy, there are a lot of swimmers. There is a high probability of running into pitfalls. In bad weather, there are a lot of algae, both on land and in the sea. Because of them, it is very unpleasant to enter / exit from the sea.
Animation Entertainment Evening show - on the first day of our arrival there were competitions, then there were some performances. The humor of the animators is vulgar, I would not allow my children to watch this. How adult uncles spit at each other and the children who sit in the front row look at it. In the daytime, the animators somehow entertained the people by the large pool and, a couple of times, I saw how they performed step aerobics. Also, two days before our departure, after numerous complaints and requests, they nevertheless began to turn on a disco in the room next to the bar. I managed to visit one evening at the disco, which ended at 2:15. The next evening (our last evening), inadequate staff finally spoiled our mood and did not go to the disco.
Shopping: Bella Sun is surrounded by almost only German tourists, hence the price tag is higher and in euros. The sellers hardly haggle. The range of local tents is very meager even for a souvenir. There are no fruit stands near the hotel. There were conflicting opinions about the market in Manavgat, we did not check them and did not go to this market. And we went to a proven good place and bought everything we wanted (souvenirs, jeans, T-shirts, delicious Turkish pomegranate wine) + had a good time (Russians are loved in that market ). The market is closer to Alanya. We went to him with 1 change. Therefore, Bella Sun is not suitable for shopping at all.
