We chose the hotel based on the reviews on this site and the positive experience of staying in 2 other hotels of the JOY group. Very pleased. Although there have been in more expensive and pretentious hotels. I can say that this hotel is by no means a de Luxe class, and, accordingly, 2-2.5 times cheaper than those hotels. Therefore, if you want an absolutely impeccable service, then turn your attention to more expensive hotels, if funds allow, of course. But I am impressed that this hotel does not hypocritically declare the UAL system, like many other economical 5 * in Turkey, and then, under the guise of a Martini, does not try to sell you local vermouth. It's just comfortable for the soul and body.
I generally agree with most of the positive reviews. I will only add that the standard room is quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 8 years old). beds - folding ottoman (fits 2 persons). I am an adult, 1.68 tall, comfortably placed on half of such a bed. Might be a bit short for taller people. To avoid unpleasant surprises, it is worth clarifying the type of add. beds, if that matters to you.
I want to note the flawless operation of the individual air conditioner. For us, this is one of the main criteria for comfort.

Indeed, in the bathroom there is only liquid soap in the dispenser. But for me this is absolutely not important, since I carefully select a shampoo specifically for my hair type and do not use what the hotel provides. The same applies to other cosmetics. I think most women do the same.
The design of the shower did not bother us at all. We just used the available shower caps. My children are already big and wash themselves. Perhaps with a baby and not very convenient.
We were lucky with the maid and they cleaned us well. Everything changed as stated. The minibar was replenished regularly.
The main advantage of the hotel is that in the high season everything was enough everywhere. No lines at bars. Good crockery. Quality of drinks is better than average in Turkey in All hotels.
The food is quite good. Just enough, delicious. But not exclusive. Meat is present in sufficient quantity. True, there are no steaks on the grill. Better with fish. Very tasty trout in a la carte fish restaurant. The bar on the beach only fast food. If you want normal food, go to the main restaurant for lunch. Enough space in the main restaurant.
The only thing that really annoyed me was the poor cleaning of the territory. Not that dirty, but not the usual sterility. True, I must note that last year, in a more expensive 5 * in Belek, there was the same problem. Apparently, problems with cheap labor began in Turkey. The staff is clearly not enough to, as before, collect and wipe all the sunbeds every day and brush the tiles under them with a brush. Now they are simply rinsed with a hose, and only the free space is washed with a brush. The result, of course, is not the same.
The animation did its job. Those who wanted entertainment found them. Separately, I want to note the DJ. The music is very good and sets the mood. Can't say enough about the kids club. We did not visit, although the children were invited every day. But they did not agree to climb out of the water.
I also want to note that despite the fact that the majority of the hotel was Russian-speaking. The audience behaved civilly and no one interfered with anyone's rest.
In general, the holiday was a success.
