My review is just a cry from the heart!! ! Anyone looking at this hotel, do not fly there!! ! Got back from there today. There has never been a worse vacation in my life. I do not understand people who write that there is normal food! Every day they give the same thing, there is nothing tasty, the stink in the dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant). From food mainly: incomprehensible meat, french fries, powdered mashed potatoes, uncooked tasteless fish, uncooked omelet of a terrible kind, scrambled eggs. Of the fruits, only apples, oranges, apricots, nectarines, pears, GREEN cherry plums, and all this is absolutely not sweet! Strawberries and cherries are SOLD on the territory of the hotel for $5!! ! It's just the bottom! The coffee from the vending machines is not tasty, there are no juices, but only powdered drinks from the vending machines. Half of the dishes in the dining room are dirty. The staff (cleaners) stinks terribly afterwards. I remember all this and I'm just disgusted. We were almost hungry all week, there was nothing to feed the child. Porridge with curdled milk....
But the worst was waiting for us on the third day of our stay in this viper. The Turk who was cleaning our room stole an expensive gold ring from the table. After a couple of hours of my scandals at the reception (this was just the last straw), four more families were discovered who had their gold stolen from their room!! ! The showdown with the hotel management went on for a very long time and to no avail... I demanded a general manager, who was never called to me. Only after 8 hours I forced the staff to call the police. They refused me, taking advantage of the fact that I did not know the local language. In short: The police arrived, but to avert their eyes, they drew up protocols, interviewed the victims and left. That's all. Ahead were three days of unsuccessful negotiations with the leadership. Then we started to find out that other people in the hotel were missing things, money... I knew exactly who stole the ring from us, because I saw who cleaned our room, but the police did not care, they cover the management, and management covers its staff. So... The hotel is a real chaos, we and many other vacationers just spoiled the rest. Circles in the rooms are put on the system. They take advantage of the fact that people do not know the local language, that they are citizens of another country and they are simply powerless there. I'm very, very annoyed. Now I hate Turkey. . .
