1. The water park is great, you can ride any slides for children of any age!! ! The queues for the slides are not big. The staff on the slides are good, smiling.
2. The territory is very beautiful, everything is in flowers, but the hotel screams about the need for repairs.
3. We settled in rooms on the 4th and 5th floors overlooking the forest and the gates of the hotel. Room 1542 (in the bathroom) smells very strongly of sewerage, the shower does not work. Terrible noise from the windows of rooms 1434.1432 - there is some kind of installation. The rooms are not cleaned in principle, they only change towels and replenish the mini-bar. They cleaned a little (but dust and a lot of crumbs left) in the rooms only on June 01 after complaints. We did not see a vacuum cleaner at the cleaners, nor did we see mops.
4. On May 30, all water in the hotel was turned off for 5 hours.
5. Elevators are terrible, worse, slower and dumber than ever. Elevator stuck. Waited 25 minutes for technician.

6. Queues for everything. Cooking is not tasty. Even scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs can be spoiled here - they are fried on non-wiped and burnt frying bases (all with a burning smell). Shish kebab is made from chicken - part of the carcass has not yet been guessed - only skin and bones. Missed the chicken for the first time. You can stand for ice cream for 30-40 minutes (at least), one person distributes it periodically falling asleep. A terrible cook (a Turk with gray hair) bakes pizza in a bar by the sea - he throws two pieces into his hands and swears and screams all the time. We did not try gozleme cakes - the queues are huge. Yes, this is the first hotel where most of the staff look like they have a funeral every day. Most of the staff don't have any badges. Every third plate is dirty. Instead of tablecloths, some rags, after the departure of previous visitors, these rags are shaken off and covered with the reverse side again. There is nothing for small children to eat here - no mixtures, no jars. French fries are for everyone. In this hotel, we began to give it to children. Yes, fried fish is delicious relative to everything else. On May 31, the hostess of the hotel arrived: for the first time they wiped the tables in the restaurant, they even fried salmon (baked overdried coals). We didn't see any lamb or turkey. Huge queues at the restaurant by 19-00 (food is replenished only by this time, then a lot ends (even french fries), tables, as mentioned above, are not wiped after previous restaurant guests). For the first time in Turkey, I had a severe indigestion - on the third day of my stay in this hotel. When we walked through the market, merchants asked if we liked to rest here - we answered no, then they told us "You are probably from Nashira? "
7. From the day of arrival, we struggled with expired bottled drinking water for 3 days - the date of manufacture is March 27.2017. After complaints to the anex, normal water was brought, but the delay remained until June 01.
8. Entering the sea is terrible for us. You can break your legs.
9. No hygiene items are given out (the first hotel without toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. ). There are no robes.
11. At the reception, all your requests are recorded, but no one does anything.
12. On June 02.2018, we were moved after numerous written complaints to the hotel and on an annex tour until June 06.2018 in Kaya Side. After we wrote that we would not sue, we were left in Kaya Side until the end of the holiday at the expense of Nashira. We were lucky that Nashira sold more places than she could accommodate and so we were offered to move to Kaya Side.
Nashira is HELL in TURKEY!! !
