Liked the hotel. Gorgeous pools, a wonderful water park . . We got the room quickly . . We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, we were already settled at 11 . . Well, or so. The room was on the 4th floor, sea view, water park. Noisy, it was necessary to take with a view of the forest))) The furniture in the room was practically new, the condo worked, the hair dryer - too . . On this - everything is good)))) The safe was closed, instructions were not attached to it and I called reception, explained the situation and asked to send someone to open the safe..... Then I went to the reception . . Then again... Then the employees came, but they couldn’t fix it and left))) I lived without a safe. For the first couple of days, I still tried to remind about the problem at the reception, guest relations, sunrise guides... A naive Nanai girl)))))
The room given was dirty. She wrote it off for the mass nature of the departures and arrivals, the workload of the cleaners and cleaned herself. Washed the floor, plumbing, wiped the dust. I had powder and rags with me)))) Vooot... for 4 days the cleaning lady did not enter the room at all. I, like a fool, exchanged money for a tip, and the cleaning lady didn’t even come into the room))) After endless requests at the reception to send this madam to my room so that she at least changed the towels, on the fifth day, madam came . . I saw there money and a request written in Turkish to finally clean the room, change linen, towels and put gels with shampoos, she did it and since then there have been no problems with cleaning. I gave her "tea", she did me a favor . . But these 4 days left an unpleasant aftertaste. I will not return to this hotel again. However, I'm the only one who wasn't so lucky. The compatriots located on other floors were cleaned normally and the safes worked.
The food is normal. Three times I came across some spoiled food: baked wafers from sour dough, chicken meat in the main restaurant was sour, and the dessert was sour there. Everything else was great. Cakes are super, there are plenty of fruits, greens and vegetables, too.
