We rested at the hotel in May-June 2008 with a family consisting of three adults and a child of 2 years.
Tour organization.
The host party is Tez Tour (there are no pretensions to work).
Territory.
Huge, green, it was not even possible to get around the whole place. There is a mini-zoo for children (visited once), rabbits run around the territory, which my son called bunnies. We concluded that vacationers do not need such a huge territory in the hotel.
Six outdoor pools for every taste.
We ate at the main outdoor restaurant although there are tables indoors. A huge plus that there were two main restaurants: for vacationers who live in bungalows and for those who live in the main building. Crowds have never been seen.
A few words about bars. My favorite is Blue beach bar. Its advantages are a beautiful interior, being on the seashore, live music - jazz until 24.00. There is a bar in the building that is open 24/7.
It was very convenient to leave a grandmother with her son in the room and relax a little (there is backgammon in the bar). The rest of the bars are nothing special.
If we talk about the external appearance of the buildings, then we would like a reconstruction and a more modern design.

We were given a nice room with a sea view (the main building) without any additional payments. Minus the room: the minibar almost does not cool (although it is replenished regularly), you need to take your own hair dryer, there is a pre-revolutionary and uncomfortable shower in the room (built into the wall) - it is difficult to wash the child. The room is cozy, new good furniture, everything is clean, fresh, tidy.
Cleaning.
There are no complaints at all. What with tips, what without them was cleaned perfectly. Towels, bedding are always fresh, shampoo, soap, shower gel were always there, we were never disturbed by cleaning during the daytime sleep.
Nutrition.
The choice was great, lots of grilled meat and fish.
For those who are interested in a fruit table: watermelons, melons, plums, oranges, apricots, several varieties of apples. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. About drinks I will say that it is really ultra ALL inc. no. Alcoholic drinks of local production please, and imported - for a fee.
Animation.
Excellent, unobtrusive, high-quality evening shows for both children and adults.
For children it's just heaven. Good children's room, excellent pools, disco, children's cafe.
Beach
Both on the beach and near the pools there has never been a situation that there were no sun loungers, there are always places. Beach - sand, sunset - there are small pebbles, but there are very few of them, don't let that scare you. The sea is clean, the Blue Flag beach.
Restaurants
A few words about specialized restaurants: Turkish is wonderful, it's worth going to see how lamb is baked, Chinese - everything is very tasty and not spicy: shrimp soup, chicken with pineapple, fried ice cream - go boldly, you won't regret it, but I don't advise you to go to Austrian, you will not see anything new there, just waste your time, frank hack-work.
Staff.
On five with a huge plus. That at the reception, that the waiters, that the animators, all are very friendly. The staff does everything to make us have a good rest. I have never seen such cleanliness of the territory to a shine.
Baby carriage.
I want to talk about the wheelchair separately. The catalogs indicate that the stroller can be obtained free of charge at the reception. As we were told strollers for the whole hotel - 19 and you understand to get it from a fantasy series. It is not realistic to do without a babycar in such a territory - we went to Manavgat and bought an excellent stroller.
If you have time and desire, you can go to Side and Manavgat - very close (by taxi, the ticket price for 1 person is -1 euro)
