I chose the hotel for a holiday with a child, p. e. and preliminary search and this description is more for parents with children.
Were in the hotel with my 5 year old son for 18 days in June. The time was chosen specifically so that it would not be hot, and get on the strawberries and cherries. The weather was good - all days +32 in the shade, but there was no heaviness on the beach or by the pool. The sea is warm + 24-25, after 11 am it was a little stormy, but just a little. So with the period of the trip did not lose.
The only thing I want to warn you is that Side is REALLY a very humid climate, so it’s better not to send children who have had pulmonary diseases before the trip.

We flew from Coral from St. Petersburg. There are no complaints about the tour operator. Plane, transfer, meeting, seeing off, everything is organized, everything is clear, everything is without delay. Important: the hotel is the first from the airport, p. e. be the first to leave and the last to sit on your return. Transfer time is just over an hour. It was terrible to look at people who got to the airport for 5-6 hours! . . The only bewilderment was the hotel guide. Provided that you refuse excursions (or immediately after paying for them), interest in you disappears completely. To my request to help solve the problem with the number, I received a bewildered answer “go, decide on your own, I’ll connect in case of problems”... and what for are you, my dear, then sitting in the hotel for 8 hours, especially since I ALREADY have a problem with the number ? . Well, yes, these are trifles, since everything was really resolved...
Club:
We lived in the club part of the hotel. The club was also chosen for fundamental reasons - they wanted silence and pine trees, they didn’t want to live in the “anthill” of the main building. Because arrived late at night, fell asleep in the room in which we were assigned upon check-in. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are almost identical, BUT the 1st floor is 100% humidity. When they went to bed, the Soviet reserved seats were remembered - the linen was completely damp. So much so that even a 5-year-old kid noticed it. In the morning, when the lawn sprinklers were turned on, it became humid like in a bathhouse. After visiting the reception (did not pay), the room was replaced with a similar one, but on the 2nd floor. On this claim to the settlement ended. The hotel has the possibility to reserve rooms in advance. Use her. I strongly do not recommend taking rooms at the end of building 2. They are located next to the zoo, with the appropriate soundtrack and smells. The first building (the last numbers) is closest to the road. Our number 1209 was removed from the main road, overlooking the "country" road and the sea. The sea was louder. The remaining buildings are closer to the pool and the amphitheater. There, in my opinion, it is noisier, but it all depends on the side on which the windows face. Insects on the second floor did not disturb. There were, of course, but 2 hours of a fumigator and a disco closed for a while (not particularly audible... so, light boom-boom) balcony, the problem was completely solved. In addition to these 2 hours, the balcony did not close (I do not like air conditioners, although there are no complaints about its work)

Club rooms are well designed (in any case, the rooms of building 1) - there is a lot of sun in the room, but at the same time it is not direct, i. e. the room does not heat up during the day, it is nice to sit on the balcony even in the middle of the day. The 18-meter rooms declared by the hotel include a corridor with a built-in wardrobe, i. e. on the room itself there is a rather small footage, for the most part occupied by the bed. There was enough for the two of us with a baby (especially since you are only in the room at night), but if you go mom-dad-child, then there will be nowhere to put an extra bed. In this case, it is better to take a family room. Plenty of storage space for things. Things from 3 large suitcases will fit freely. A separate topic is the floor - it is stone and cold. Walking from the toilet to the bed is normal, but it’s cold for a child to play on the floor with a typewriter. He's also slippery. Take the kids out of the shower by the hand! Linen, towels, pillows, mattresses are clean, without the smell of conditioning powders. I myself and the child are not allergic, I just don’t like it, but the moment is important. The mattress is excellent. The water is clean, without the smell of chlorine, the skin does not “dube” from it. The hotel provides only soap, shower gel and shampoo (all of decent quality), there is no toothpaste and hair conditioner, take it with you.
Service:
Cleaning in the room does not depend on the tip left. Toilet-shower - no complaints. Shelves in the room wiped funny. Glass, on which dust is visible, every day. Stone - a couple of times for all the time. Linen, as written, was changed every 3 days. I didn’t bother much with “throwing towels on the floor”, obviously no one changes them every day at home. So everyone approached the issue democratically - changed as needed. Surprised everywhere hung to dry beach towels. Their exchange is really 3 times a week. But every morning they can be returned in exchange for a card, and the next morning you can take clean and dry.
The minibar was updated without any complaints
One phrase is suitable to describe the rest of the staff - Russians are not liked in the hotel. Of all, only one waiter in the club restaurant, a couple of waiters in the Agora bar and a bartender on the pier, were smiling sincerely. The rest did not try to smile. Some bartenders just ignore. In the Agora bar and in the Beach bar, if you come a couple of minutes before the German, they will serve him first. No one speaks Russian at the guest reception. To be honest, this attitude is probably the only thing that caused dislike in this hotel. Given that there are more than a third of Russians... all this is strange... I really want to ban the hotel for a couple of months. They will lose a third of the proceeds, maybe they will come to their senses.
Kids Club:

I will not describe separately. A lot has been said and it's all true. Relationship with children is excellent. The organization is impeccable, especially for kids. That's just in the children's club in Russian, almost everyone speaks. Both Germans and French. The manager is Oksana, a Russian girl. A very strict and obligatory teacher, who can be trusted with the smallest child. The kids shows are amazing. Organize almost 100 children in one day? ! The scenery, the lighting, the costumes… fantastic! Of the wonderful for children - rabbits running around the territory. Don't forget to grab a carrot from the restaurant!
Nutrition:
We had enough of everything. Fish, meat, vegetables, fruits. In the morning, very tasty rice porridge (there was always it in the diet corner, but it’s completely “poor” for small children), pancakes, omelettes. Children will not go hungry. Lunch - there is always chicken broth or soup, as well as a second soup, but it is more for adults (for example, spinach... ) There is a dietary table (boiled meat, low-fat cheeses, dietary side dishes and cereals). We do not eat kilograms, so everything was OK. Juices... yes, soluble. You can drink apple. Very tasty ayran. Baking and sweets… mmm! Gala evenings differ mainly in design, the cuisine is the same. international I really liked the oriental themed evening. It was really tasty (unlike the Chinese restaurant).
Entertainment:
Show - well... for nightly performances is normal. They didn't come to the Moulin Rouge. In the main, the shows are put on by the staff... in accordance with their own capabilities... The same Oksana dances best of all)). There is a sense of professionalism in the past. Visiting show was 3-4. I liked one. The child was interested in half an hour...
Sport:
Very good gym. Don't forget sports shoes! 45 minutes of training with a trainer + 10 minutes of sauna + 15 minutes of relaxing hammam = amazing effect for the figure. Seriously, I was just surprised.
To sum it all up, this is a really solid, well-groomed hotel with a well-functioning life, its own traditions and non-lazy staff. The sea, large pools, pine trees and flowers, excellent service (dislike for Russians still does not affect the quality, it is rather psychological comfort for nervous people like me))) - everything has been done for a beach holiday with children.
