Overall, a very decent hotel. Brand new, everything works great, very friendly staff. Good design, well thought out layout. Room cleaning is good. The sea is within walking distance across the road, 2 minutes on the underpass. The beach is in the process of being equipped, but everything you need is available: sunbeds, awnings, a basketball court, a lobby bar, sanitary rooms. The food is quite decent and varied enough - no one left hungry. Vacationers are mostly Germans, local guys-athletes come here in large numbers for the weekend.

The hotel claims to be Ultra, but falls short of this level: there are no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms; in a restaurant, if you didn’t manage to grab a tasty treat in time, you won’t get it (for example, strawberries); the assortment of fruits is poor (apples, pears, oranges, strawberries were given twice, but again, the majority of vacationers never tried it), very poor animation - there is practically none!
