To begin with, even though the Cesars Palms hotel is designated as 4 *, you will have to rest (and this is without options : ) in a 5 * hotel. For Cesars Palms has neither its own beach nor its own pool or even a reception - Cesars Palms is just a separate "sleeping" building. The rest of the infrastructure is from a 5* hotel. And there will be three differences from rest in a 5 * building: firstly, you will pay significantly less, secondly, you will live in a newer building (respectively, with a less worn interior))) and only thirdly - to get everyone to services 5 * of the Cesars Resort you will have to spend approx. 30-40 seconds of going up the stairs from the building to the main area. All. No more differences. Even on the bracelet that you put on your hand will be written Cesars Hotel ***** (5 *) : )))). And most likely in the near future the hotel will be united - because I did not find the Palms inscription anywhere at all. What you see on this site are already outdated photos - palm trees are now in a more beautiful overgrown form and there is no Palms inscription in front of the entrance. So if you are offered this hotel for the time being as a 4 * - perhaps you should agree, because you will have to rest at a 5-star : )))
Now about the hotel itself.
When selling on a ticket, they indicate that the system is ultra all inclusive. But most likely this is not entirely true - at least I did not notice any special differences from just all inclusive. Well, except that every day, in addition to a large bottle of water, they put small ones with Pepsi and Fanta in the refrigerator, and in the bar, in addition to the usual set of whiskey-brandy-gin-beer-wine, there are also analogues of martini, campari, tequila. There was no rum. Otherwise, the service is just very good.

The rooms are clean and the furniture is in good condition. The bathroom has a bathroom (not just a shower), there is a hairdryer. The plumbing worked well. The water was always both cold and hot. There is carpet on the floor of the room - it is certainly warm to walk, but if one of the previous tenants spilled something beautiful, there will probably be stains. Central air conditioning (I was in October, there was no need for it, so I can’t say anything about its work). There is a spacious free safe in the closet. The balconies are small, but you can sit together - there are two plastic chairs on the balconies, a small table and a dryer bracket. The windows overlook either the courtyard (the architecture of the building is almost oval in plan), or the pool, or the world surrounding the hotel - a small market and mountains on the horizon.
The territory of the hotel (from here on, those who have purchased tickets to the 5 * building))) are very large and green. Even too big - between the main building and the beach there is a green area of u200bu200bmysterious purpose half the size of a football field, where several palm trees are planted and there is a sculpture - a bull harnessed to a wagon. Mostly cats walk around this park (in large numbers living in the territory))). The hotel has three outdoor pools (one with three slides), and a small indoor pool. It can be entered both from the street and from the wellness center (gym, sauna (not very large for such a hotel) and Turkish bath hammam (massage for an additional fee).
On the beach, instead of umbrellas, strips of fabric are stretched, which is much more convenient - just move the sunbed slightly (in the sun or in the shade - as you like), without touching the neighbors. With umbrellas, you usually have to fuss more. Sunbeds can be pulled out and close to the sea - no one (unlike neighboring hotels) interferes with this. The entrance to the sea is sandy and very shallow - the depth starts after 25-30 meters from the coast. In some places there are huge stones under the water, you should be more careful when entering the water. If you have a mask with a snorkel - take it with you - not the Red Sea, of course, but still some entertainment: one species of Red Sea colorful fish was seen, crabs live in the stones. It’s probably not worth buying a special mask, but if you have it, it will come in handy. And take a bun from lunch with you - watch the fish feast : ))) In good weather, when there is no storm and the sea is clear, you can feed the fish without a mask. Again, take a bun from breakfast, go waist-deep into the water and, holding a piece of bun in your hand, feed them. They snatch food right out of your hands : )). If you walk a little to the right along the coast - a small river flows into the sea - on the second bridge in the morning they usually feed huge turtles. By lunchtime, they no longer appear - either from satiety or from heat. Ducks and shoals of small fish swim there. And if you go along the coast to the left, you can walk to the historical Side in an hour and a half. And you can get there for $ 1.5 on a dolmush (minibus). In the city you can see the well-preserved ancient amphitheater (entrance - 10 lire), the remains of the temple of Apollo and other ruins (free of charge : ))) As it gets dark, the columns next to the sea are illuminated - very beautiful. Well, I digress from the hotel. Concluding about the beach - all water activities (scooters, parachute, etc. ) - for a fee.
The hotel has several shops, a photo studio. But immediately at the exit from the territory there is a large oriental bazaar, entire streets of shops where you can bargain. All prices are in euros.

The hotel itself is decorated in the ancient Roman style (more precisely, using elements) - many statues, mosaics, bas-reliefs on the walls. The terrace of the restaurant is decorated with a stone fountain, columns and a model of the ruined temple of Apollo - the symbol of Side.
Restaurant and food. The main restaurant consists of two parts - a closed part and an open terrace. During the day it is hot to dine outside, but it is very good to dine in the open area. From it you can see the sea, beautiful sunsets and the after-sunset sky iridescent in different colors. Live music is played on some days. The food is very good and varied in my opinion. Changes every day (excluding breakfast). There are always several types of meat, fish, many side dishes, desserts, fruits and vegetables. Several dishes are cooked outside in front of you (grilled meat or fish, stuffed tortillas, etc. ). Be sure to have two types of soup (recipes have not been repeated for weeks, and all are very tasty). Just do not put everything on the plate at once - choose 2-3 dishes. If you type everything-everything-everything every time, you will really get bored and the real variety will seem monotonous : ))) Bottled wine is served for lunch and dinner - you can take it from special racks. You can also get water there. If the water in the room runs out, you can take it with you. The wine is dry, I liked the white one better, the red one is rather tart - it’s better to dilute it with water in ancient Greek, well, actually it’s for everyone to their own taste))). Spices on the tables in disposable portion bags, but I recommend using a special table with spices and sauces - there is always saffron, thyme, mint, various peppers, etc. Summing up, from specific dishes I will single out soups, lamb, grilled fish.
Bars. There are three main bars: the first bar in the air next to the pools, the second bar in the main building near the reception (soft sofas and armchairs, no smoking), and a bar by the beach (a little far if you lie close to the sea). Plus bars in the restaurant, but they are open only during lunch and dinner. Drinks in bars in the air are poured into plastic glasses, in the main bar - into glass. You can take it with you, you can even bring it to your room. I wrote about the composition of drinks earlier. I note that you pour beer and soft drinks in open bars yourself - handles and taps are turned to visitors - there are boxes with cups nearby.
Animation. During the day, animators walk among the vacationers and unobtrusively offer to play bocha, volleyball, and various games by the pools by the sea. In the evening there is a show, but it is not particularly creative. Standard set of competitions and skits. You can go if there is nothing to do, and if you don’t go, don’t miss anything special. For some reason, the stage is painted black and is not decorated with any decorations, which is why it does not look very festive : )))

On this I will probably end. I wish you all a good holiday. The hotel is well worth it!
