As they say, the first pancake is lumpy. In April, we paid money to the tour operator and in September I, my husband and 2 children (3 years and 1 year old) are flying to the sea. Hooray! The bus brought us to the hotel at 9. At the reception, we were asked to wait on the sofas for 2 hours until our booked room was cleaned. After waiting 30 minutes in Moscow warm clothes, almost howling, the husband went to agree on another number, or at least a temporary one, they refused him there, but the magic 20 bucks like a lifesaver made them raise their asses. The porter took the suitcases and started off somewhere, my husband was still with the suitcase and the strollers, I jumped with the children in my arms. We came to look - a room of 6-7 sq. m. in it is a huge bed for adults, 2 children + a bedside table and a closet are moved to them. The husband begins to explain in normal English that we ordered a 2-room "family room". After 15 minutes, they got there. We trudge back to the reception in single file. There "quarrel" gave other keys. We come, we look - the room on the 1st floor is half dug into the mountain, we went inside, the 2nd rooms made me feel like I was in a pool without water in which there are beds and chairs. Again we trudge back to the reception. Once again, I already agreed, zadolbalsya completely. The room was on the 1st floor, the windows overlooked the laundry room 2 meters away in a neighboring bungalow.
So let's start with the positives
1) I really liked the food in the dining room, there was always soup for lunch and dinner. You could also choose spicy and dietary dishes to your taste. The children were always full and fed. In short, it's bold +.

2) The hotel is 5 meters away from the market, where you can always find any things if you forgot something at home.
3) The animators are very nice people.
4) Cats, lizards and peacocks run around the hotel.
5) The hotel area is huge indeed, a lot of greenery and not hot at all.
Now ----------------------------
1) In the room, the floor and some walls are tiled, my girls fell more than once.
2) In the velvet season, when it’s already very damp outside the window, in the evening you lie down in a damp bed, in the morning you put on the same clothes.
3) The layout of the rooms in the "family room" is very funny. The next room to the door is a nursery, and outside the door the Germans were always yelling boos, either on the phone at 2 in the morning, or among themselves. It was like smeared with honey there. TV (antenna) was also in the children's room.
It's just that when the children go to bed at 9 pm, I would like to at least watch TV at night, it's good that they took a laptop with cartoons - they watched them).
4) Not once did I notice seconds and even a cockroach in the room. (Maybe there weren’t any on the 2nd floor)
5) Since 80% of the hotel is Germans, everyone speaks only German, they begin to understand English only for money, animation for children is only in German (games, tasks, riddles), Russian children always sat quietly drawing on the sidelines or watched German cartoons. Animation for adults is also in German, and only 2-3 words were translated every other time so that the Russian public would not get lost at all where they were and why.
6) The walls are very thin, they always listened to how the German neighbor snores or how the neighbors' candey drips from the 2nd, then everyone listened to how my one-year-old daughter screamed for 3 nights when she got another tooth.
7) If you are traveling with children, you need to know that there are dangerous spiral staircases on 2 floors and above.

8) The words "ALL INCLUSIVE" means 2 bars of soap 5 mg each and 4 towels for 4 for legs, face, body and hands (4 in total). 2 faceted glasses, hair dryer, which could burn all folos. No toothpaste, no gels, no water carafe, nothing!!
9) There was a blockage in the shower room in our room, which for some reason could not be eliminated. Only 1 person managed to wash in the evening, and then run until the water goes beyond this shower recess. The first time I did not notice, and my water flowed from the toilet into the room, instantly flooding everything. As I tried to clean it all up, there were no rags there, only such a broom with a nozzle on the principle of a janitor on a car. 8 pm and all cleaners until 5 pm. In short, a nightmare.
10) For drinking water on this vast territory of the hotel, we had to stomp to the bar for the first 2 days, until we thought of going to the market and buying a canister.
11) From the toilet, even after cleaning, it stank disgustingly.
12) The linen in the baby crib has never been changed for 2 weeks. My daughter broke her knee on the 1st day, we anointed her with brilliant green, and what was my reaction when on the day of departure I noticed an upturned sheet with this brilliant green. By the way, it was a shock that the children were given old tablecloths from the dining room instead of blankets. For tea, they left 2 then 1 dollar all the time.
13) Internet only at the reception.
14) In the dining room, through one plate, cup and saucer, broken broken dishes came across, there were always traffic jams at the table with dishes due to the fact that vacationers carefully chose a whole plate for themselves.

15) The waiter in the dining room also disliked us very much, I don’t know what we did to him, but our family always caught his malicious look, he never said hello and when I wanted to ask something, he said something in German and turned away. One day my youngest stood up on a chair and poked her head out the window to see a peacock whose tail was fluffy. So this goat jumped up with a napkin and a spray bottle and began to scrub the glass in front of her face, as if my daughter had smeared it. He only cleared the table when there was nowhere to put the cups of tea. Usually empty dishes were taken away immediately.
16) Personally, I still didn’t like alcohol very much, I regretted that I didn’t take anything in HF.
AND NOW ABOUT THE SEA AND THE BEACH******************************
+++ 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the evening a tractor with a trailer, called a tram, goes to the beach.
---1) If you missed the tram or the tractor broke down, you have to stomp 500-600 meters to the beach down the road past a security facility, a fence with barbed wire and military men with machine guns, it's a lot of fun.
2) When you rush to the hotel for dinner, you think that you will hang yourself stomping uphill, and even with strollers, toys, hot clothes. Once, with us, a woman became ill, she fainted, her heart became ill from the heat and stress.
3) Walking along the promenade, we were disappointed that our beach in Sidelia was the worst. Everywhere, almost to the water, wooden paths were laid, so that people in wheelchairs could get closer, so that mothers with strollers could get to the sunbeds, and not like we left the stroller upstairs on the lawn, they took the children, they returned for their belongings and dragged all this over hot sand .
4) Very dirty beach. You rake in the sand with a shovel and there are at least 2 bulls.
5) Several times we caught a picture of how people came to the beach after 10 and the sunbeds were no longer empty. So they waited standing up until 12 until half left for dinner. And the smartest ones, leaving, covered him with a towel and might not appear until the next morning.
The sediment, in general, remained disgusting, it is very noticeable that the Germans were licked there, and they looked at us and thought, "WHAT DID YOU FIND ?! "
