We went to this hotel with a large group of 8 adults and 6 children from 3 to 10 years old. Tired and hungry, we arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock at night, they accommodated us for about 3 hours, spoiling our nerves. - this is their favorite excuse "Today there was a big check-in, and tomorrow a big check-out is planned" so the four of us were put in one room to spend the night. We fed some leftovers, the children went to bed hungry after drinking a glass of hot chocolate.
For those 10 days that we rested, we always fed the same way, but there was enough meat, chicken and fish for everyone. About fruits, in addition to yesterday's watermelons, there were also oranges and apples in the salad for breakfast. Oh yes, our kids tried strawberries only on cakes. I especially want to say about the service staff in the restaurant: either they go chilling and only when the dishes start to fall off the table come up to clean it up, or there have been such cases of freshly brought dishes are carried away almost from under your nose. There is always a queue of 5 people behind the most edible.
At the end of the holiday, a very unpleasant incident happened to us, at breakfast they stole my bag with my passport, honey. insurance, a camera and money. On that day, I took all the documents with me to take the child to the doctor... that was our panic.

We raised the whole restaurant on our ears, thanks to our guide Ella, she quickly turned on. As a result, the bag was found without a camera and money near the reception, but most importantly with DOCUMENTS. As it turned out later, this was not the only case of theft in the hotel in recent days. There are only RUSSIANs around.
We lived in a bungalow on the 1st floor, the windows did not face the sunny side, so the room was damp, and even the laundry did not dry on the balcony. Cleaning in the room was carried out almost every day, and for a tip you and the swans will wind up and lay out your hearts. If you are planning to go to this hotel, choose a stone building, from its windows the view is amazing, you can see most of the hotel, the sea. There are 6 photographers in the hotel who are ready for any kind of photo shoot, and they will set it up as it should and put everything for tourists : -)
From the POSITIVE MOMENTS: we really liked the territory, the water park, the Lunapark for the kids, the smaller pool with slides, the animation for children, many evenings went to play billiards. During the day we went to the tennis court, and tanning and sports at the same time. In the evening, having put the children to bed, we visited a disco, as if it worked only for our company, because. 5 more people wanted to dance. Fireworks often rattled in our and neighboring hotel. THIS HOTEL IS BEST TO GO WITH A FAMILY. !
