Good day to all, I’ll start with the fact that we very carefully selected the hotel for a long time and of course counted on a great vacation, but we weren’t lucky or judge for yourself . . rested as a family of four from May 14 to May 28.2 adults and 2 children (3 and 6), later I will explain why I gave such bad marks, but everything is in order: the flight went fine, we arrived at the hotel around 2 pm, at the reception we asked for a room on the top floor of the main building (we booked a hotel room), but they explained to us that there were no free rooms and they gave us on the second floor (above the restaurant on their first floor), although people who had already settled in said that there were a lot of free rooms, in general we stayed there.
On the day of arrival and the next, we got used to the situation . . on the third day it started, our youngest boy became ill: vomiting, diarrhea and fever, when a couple of days later everything happened again in the older one, we understood the ROTAVIRUS infection, she cured herself because the doctor, looking ahead , on the day of departure, they talked to a family with the same situation, only they called a doctor and their girl was kept in the clinic for two days on a drip; we took turns eating and so for several days what kind of vacation can we talk about was a NIGHTMARE, we adults were also hooked as a result, minus 7 days of rest, when we all went out for a walk we saw a girl who vomited right in the lobby bar . .
In the second half of our time in this hotel, we thought that we would breathe easy, but it wasn’t there)). . . no, well, of course, we got different excursions, we liked everything very much, this is not advertising, but thanks to our t / o Natalie, the tour worked perfectly , probably only by excursions and saved themselves . . 5 days before departure, we were sitting in the room preparing the children for bed, the time was almost 22.00 and a huge black ROARAKAN slowly crawled out from under the cabinet under the TV !! ! we are in shock, well, they nailed it, of course, they began to check everything, they also found a white one with wings !!! ! and these are not our Russian cockroaches many times more, HORROR!! ! My husband and I went to the reception and explained the situation, and here my soft and kind disposition was finally finished off)) the girl, who barely speaks Russian, said, literally: "Well, you understand, TURKEY is a HOT COUNTRY, ANYONE COULD Crawl!!! " Well, how do you gentlemen resting Pyaterochka with cockroaches . . the girl promised that in half an hour they would disinfect our room, wait . . we are waiting for 40 minutes for anyone . . let's go ourselves because the children want to sleep, in the end we went to the reception 4 TIMES, we achieved that an ordinary cleaning lady came and sprayed everything, in Russian she doesn’t understand, I barely explained so that I could at least change the linen and wash the floors and that most importantly THERE WAS NO APOLOGIES AT ALL until the end of the holiday and in general the feeling is that the Germans are being licked, but our Russian brother is not respected.

Getting up in the morning, the first thing we saw was two more beauties on the floor with their paws up, we lived above the restaurant, maybe they ran from there, can you imagine what we ate, they didn’t change the number, because. we thought that until the end of the holiday we should not have any more guests, which we were not sure about in other rooms.
