It was the third time in Club Nena. So I know almost everything. This time I took and left a child (5 years old) there with her grandmother for a month.
I want to say right away that this is a very high-quality hotel, but not luxurious. That is, peacocks at the reception will not meet you (there is only a Pasha parrot and a rooster, very beautiful and vociferous))). Who simply needs a golden toilet to relax, otherwise life is not a joy - look for 7 * hotels in a slightly different price category.
The hotel is designed for families with children. There are no global youth parties there. But for children - everything you can think of - a pool with slides (for any age, even for very young ones), a mini club, a mini club playground (a very cool ship with a bunch of ladders, slides and windows), a playground on the beach, baby food, children's animation. . . This year there is a very strong animation team - the guys just come up with a show out of nothing. Amazingly fun and interesting even for adults, children generally squeak with delight.

Swimming pools - the main one (1.4 m), a children's "paddling pool" (0.4 m), a resax pool with a children's section near the main building (for those who love silence), an indoor pool in the main building (I have never been there, I just know what he is).
Food - I've always loved it. And this year it has become noticeably better (I didn’t even suspect that lamb is delicious). And don’t believe the reviews about long queues and the greed of the cooks - there are queues only for the grill, you won’t spend more than two minutes in this queue (this is even if you just got into the peak), they usually put a couple of pieces of meat, but if you ask, they will put it without any problems more. And everything else (salads, soups, hot dishes, sweets, fruits) - as usual a buffet - came up and took it. There is enough food for everyone. Even if you come to the end of lunch or dinner - everything is there. Drinks - tea, coffee, "yupi", fresh for money (2 euros a large glass), cocacola, fanta, beer, red and white wine (I like white), some kind of strong alcohol (I was not interested and did not try - so I won't say anything about the quality.
A separate topic is fantastic Turkish coffee and gozleme cakes. This is definitely a must try (in a detox bar).
There is also a pool bar (drinks + sweets), Greenbar (hamburgers, french fries, fruits and vegetables, sometimes something else), a pizzeria (pizza is nothing like that, delicious while hot), a reception bar (drinks + sweets), a bar at the relax pool, three a la carte restaurants - Italian, Turkish and fish (by appointment). Worth a visit at least once. But personally, I don’t like this pathos with tablecloths and changes of dishes - it’s a pity for time. In the same way, in any case, the process of eating takes more time than at the buffet.
Rooms - I always take a bungalow (I just like it that way). The room is designed for three. You don't have any problems with space. For those traveling with a large family / company, rooms with an internal door between the rooms will be very convenient.

In the main building, the rooms, in my opinion, are more spacious. But I just don't like living in "corridor" buildings. We never experienced problems with the work of plumbing and other things, if something broke, I called the reception, and by the time I returned to the room everything was already working. Cleaning - everything is clean and tidy. I always leave $1. And not because they won’t remove it otherwise (everyone is removed without money), but just like that. Newly renovated in all rooms. I always solved the problem of changing the number quickly, I gave the magic green piece of paper only after they pick up the right number for me, I will look at it and be satisfied (this is already the case, as a thank you).
Road - from the airport 80 km. And, of course, the tour operator stops at a bunch of hotels along the way. So get ready to drive for two hours or even more (if you're lucky - 1.5). If you don't want to, you can take a taxi from the airport ($100), book in advance at the hotel ($85) or through the taxi service in Antalya (I went a week ago for $60, but it seems to be the "off-season" price). The taxi ride will take about an hour. It's already your choice.
Service. Turks are generally very friendly. Everywhere (reception, canteen, cafes) they serve quickly, efficiently, no complaints. Some reviews write about a negative attitude towards Russians - complete nonsense.
There is always a sufficient number of Russian-speaking staff in the hotel. So if you don't speak languages, it's not a problem either.
The beach is sand, at the entrance to the sea there is a narrow strip of pebbles. I suspect that it is removed from time to time. But the sea still brings pebbles. But the kids are very interested in poking around in it, looking for different pebbles))). There are always enough sun loungers for everyone, if not on the beach (which is a huge rarity), you just ask to bring a beach boy. And the whole problem is solved. Here, with drinks on the beach, there is some tension - only UPIs in vending machines and a water cooler. If you want something else - you have to go to the pool. Let's put a little minus for this).

Massage salon. Hamam and sauna for free. But do not spare the money - take a course of massage (there it is anyway cheaper than, for example, in Moscow). As a rule, everyone needs it to one degree or another, and there is a catastrophic lack of time for this in ordinary life. And peeling is necessary if you want an even and beautiful tan. Masseurs are always pros (upon request, each will present a stack of diplomas, including international ones), massage is done competently. Never (unlike, for example, from Moscow) will they come up with non-existent problems for a client in order to dilute them into additional sessions. But if you have very serious problems, you are far from 20 years old and the last time you were with a massage therapist, contact the massage therapist Belgin - he has been working in this salon for a very long time, he is practically a doctor. And yet - dear ladies, do not panic if the massage therapist, in your opinion, is too close to the edge of your swimming trunks - with lymphatic drainage massage, you need to go through the entire lymphatic system. And we have lymph nodes, including in the inguinal region (remember the anatomy course for grades 10-11). And if these lymph nodes are not massaged, there will be no effect. This year, Alla works as an informant for the spa salon - she is Russian, her Turkish language is perfect, so she will prompt, help, and answer all questions, and will be an interpreter between you and the massage therapist.
Here... It seems that she told everything....If you are interested in anything else - ask.
