Good day, gentlemen. I want to leave my review about this HORRIBLE "5-star" hotel.
We arrived here on July 22.2018 at 6 o'clock local time. 2 adults and 3 children, one of them is a baby. They offered to wait until 14.00, as there are no rooms. Well, what to do, rules are rules. At 7 o'clock we went down to breakfast and then I almost felt sick. Taking a plate and going to a bowl of tomatoes, I found rotten ones in them. What's up with everything!!!!! ! Morning cucumbers, apparently left over from yesterday's dinner. There is no cash! Sausages, if you can call them that at all, are nightmarish in appearance. Probyvat on the tooth, beyond common sense. Muesli filled with cold milk, sausages and those cut into at least 3 parts, filled with ketchup, and 2 vats of hard-boiled eggs !!!!!!! ! That's the whole breakfast. At 8 o'clock, they make an omelet and pancakes, for which the whole hotel queues up. They mostly eat hard boiled eggs and bread. He here looks like a "rifled" loaf.
Dinner was no better, chicken breast stewed to rock. Salads, if you can call them that, exude a fetid smell. The only arugula, more or less fresh, and then not for everybody. And meat "cutlets", more reminiscent of the sole. There is simply nothing to feed the mouse !!!!!!! ! I had to walk 1.5 km in the heat to the supermarket to buy cottage cheese and bananas.
Dinner was more or less, and you could be glad that in the 5-ke you were full once a day. Cats roam the tables and flies insolently land on your plates of food. This is a 5 star hotel. The waiters "wipe" off the table, brushing the crumbs onto the floor from the tablecloth with their hands. Very original!
Now about the beach. IT'S JUST AWFUL!!!
The shuttle runs from 8 am to 5 pm! The bar on the beach is located above the beach itself, we did not dare to go there. A concrete road descends to the beach itself, a goat path, with a slope of 30 degrees for sure. And what does all the water from the bar, with which they wash the floor there or whatever, flows down, the smell is not very frank to say. The beach is sandy, there are sunbeds, some are moldy, dirty. There is no entrance to the sea at all, there are plates, therefore, either to the right or to the left. Cabins for changing clothes, tin, tarpaulin doors, no toilet. Water after 17 hours is closed with a chain and lock. Nightmare. God forbid you want to drink after 17 hours. The beach towels are all stained and stink.
For two days they asked to fix the air conditioner in the room, hot air was blowing, it was impossible to sleep. Balcony not open, given a room on the 1st floor 3006, which overlooks the fan of the hotel, noisy even with the door closed.
So we are suffering for the third day, we are trying to change the hotel. If it doesn't work out, tomorrow, we fly home, we refuse the ticket.
CONCLUSION: NEVER AND UNDER ANY CONDITIONS DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. THERE ARE NO 5 STARS HERE, LAMBING 3 AND ON TWO CRUTCHES. DO NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKE
