I lowered my level, it's a pity that it happened.

We're currently vacationing here; our expectations were much higher.

Let's start with the following: the reception is wonderful, there's plenty of space, it's beautiful, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the food is delicious, with the exception of the pastry shop. Every day there's a different meat, salad, fish, and side dishes. I eat seafood every day, including squid, shrimp, and shrimp salads, and we've had mussels.

Another plus: the a la carte restaurants are all free; you just show up, and if there's room, you're immediately invited. We tried the fish restaurant, which was delicious, and had a gorgeous view of the sea. The grounds are cleaned and service is quite fast.
We think there are more negatives, and I'll explain why: last year we were at Crystal Prestige, so we have something to compare it to, but we knew it was the same chain and the concept was the same. We also watched youtube videos from the summer and fall and didn't notice much of a difference...

So!

Not every bar has the same selection of drinks, so you'll have to run between bars to find what you like, but that's not a problem if the staff speaks foreign languages.
But some of them don't speak Russian or Turkish, and neither do the cleaning staff...The pastry shop was a complete disappointment. Nothing from years past is there, everything is the same, primitive, and there's no longer any ice cream in tubs, only scoops on a waffle cone.
They don't supply cosmetics in bottles anymore; they only have one dispenser, which includes gel, shampoo, and soap.
It's not a cheap hotel, but the concept has been downgraded.
It's a shame they didn't know this before.
