We stayed at this hotel with 2 adults and 11 year old child. For the second year in a row we book the Crystal Admiral Hotel and we can’t get into it. In 2010 we were sent to the Crystal Sunrise Queen Luxury Resort Spa. We drove and thought where we were being taken? Now they will settle in some kind of hole from a normal place. We drove to the hotel in a foreign car comfortably, but there were concerns. We went into the hotel and were shocked - the beauty is extraordinary, this hotel turned out to be a higher category, luxury. For Russians, the hotel was recently opened, a very intelligent audience. We were very satisfied with our vacation!! ! This year we sit on the bus and we are told that there are no places in the Admiral and we will be taken to another one. We think that's probably lucky like last year! It turned out that no, the new Crystal Palace hotel opened in 2011. The people who went with us to the Admiral began to resent, but we were reassured, they said that we would first look, and then make our choice, if we don’t like it, we will take you all to the Admiral. As a result, everyone liked it, no one returned to the Admiral. The hotel is cool, the only thing is that it has a smaller area. Food, rooms, service, SPA, sea, animation - everything is super! There were a lot of Russians during our vacation. We looked on the Internet, all Kristalovsky hotels, in my opinion, are very worthy! We would like to thank once again the staff of TEZ Tour! Never had to look for them to ask a question of interest. We had a wonderful rest! We would like to wish everyone an unforgettable stay in Kristalovsk hotels!
