Without any problems, they handed over cards for getting towels, they say, leave your things here, change in the locker room at the SPA, the room will be by 13.00, the latest - at 14.00. 00. True, the suitcases had to be unpacked in the lobby near the entrance right on the floor (so pack your things with this in mind). But this is nonsense. Immediately at the reception, they put on "bracelets" for us and said that everything is possible - to drink, eat, relax wherever we want. We, delighted, went to the sea. The first boom is muddy, the shore is the fault of some vacationers, the water is the fault of boats and yachts. But, in principle, if you sail 5-7 meters from the shore, it's fine. True, a couple of days later, after large waves, the water was clear. It is best to go to the sea in the morning until they raise and stir up the water with sand. The second boom - came at 14.00, 2 rooms should have been ready. They said they would be there in 40-50 minutes. At first I decided not to be nervous, just wait. Moreover, they said that they would let us into the restaurant even in wet clothes (forbidden, in principle). And then I saw that the "vacationers", who arrived later than us, were already being accommodated. And I had a feeling of indignation. Whether it was fatigue from a 5-hour trip to the airport and a flight, or a feeling of hunger and a desire to take a shower, but after I was told that the room would be ready in another 40 minutes, I promised the manager from the reception to put it on his head flower pot standing on the counter and throw a stormy tantrum. Moreover, I said this absolutely calmly, which probably convinced him of the honesty of my threats. He smiled sweetly, called somewhere and said that the room would be ready in 5 minutes. And so it happened. In all other respects, the hotel is wonderful, the animation, both for children and for adults, worked great. It was not imposed, but coolly enticed, in - all the games the queue lined up. The staff is not spoiled for tips, very attentive. I really, really, really liked both the main restaurant and all the others. In a restaurant, you can always agree with the chef on the account of taking food to the room if someone does not feel well. About the interior and exterior in general, you can talk for a long time. In general, everyone - from 10 to 53 years old really liked it. The main thing, gentlemen, vacationers, do not forget about the culture of behavior, otherwise some citizens get drunk, throw glasses into the pool, try to "reach out" to the staff and fill "arrows" for a showdown. Vigilant guards treat such vigilantly strictly. Which is a big plus for peaceful vacationers.
