Visited the hotel in late July early August, tour operator Trek Tour. Impressions from the rest are ambiguous.
We arrived at 13.30, we received the documents and offered to wait. We settled at 15.30, and by this time many of those who arrived later had already been settled. Room categories are identical. Stayed 4 adults, 2 children. We took 2 rooms, family and standard.
The standard is not bad, family - it seems that the standard was simply divided into 2 parts, very closely.
There is no wireless internet in the room, only in the lobby.
For 7 days the bed linen was not changed NEVER.
The pool is very small, there are no empty seats during the day. Slides are good, the children really liked it.
The beach can be your own, but it is not fenced in anything and the presence of the local population is quite often observed, however they behave pretty decently.
Equipped with sunbeds and awnings, free sunbeds are not a problem to find in the 3rd-4th row is almost always there.

For some reason, towels were changed at the spa, which was not very convenient.
The food is not bad, but it was not always possible to find free tables inside, after all, 6 people. A couple of times I had to have lunch and dinner outside, it's hot.

At least one such example. A small queue often forms at the bar on the beach, for 6-7 people, tolerable. But when a German approached the bar, the bartender immediately invited him and served him without a queue, despite the line of women and children.
In both bars in the lobby of the hotel, the waiters simply extort, you can’t pick up another word, tips.
So they say: "Service, service! And where is the tip? " They run up to the Germans right away, they don’t always approach ours even if you call.
The service in the bars is quite boorish, several times I had to put the waiters and bartenders in their place, the bartender almost even called the security guard, but thanks to meager knowledge of English, they managed to prove their case. After that, if the staff did not respect, but was afraid to be frankly rude.
A couple of times it happened, we didn’t drink free alcohol, the quality is disgusting and we scored in duty free to our liking. So when they asked the waiter to bring glasses and glasses, they brought a glass for themselves, asked to pour it.
I have not seen this in other hotels, however, I have little experience, last year I rested in Silence Beach, I thought there was a mess. So there compared to Crystal, the perfect order!!!
