Good day, to those who are engaged in a noble cause, choosing a place to relax, I hope my work will be useful to you, my experience will be useful to you. In order for the children to stay at sea longer, we sent them with grandparents to the Crystal Palace, while we ourselves were relaxing in our beloved Amara Dolce Vita, then we worked a little (fortunately, our company is firmly on its feet, we only need control) and changed grandparents in Crystal .
So the next, but no less long-awaited vacation ended.
As always, we booked the hotel in advance, we stopped at Crystal Paraiso Verde, in Belek, but two weeks before the vacation, the manager from the travel company called me and said that, unfortunately, the hotel we booked was somehow resold from June 16 (and this is the second week of our vacation), Austrian students will be settled there, in the amount of more than 1000 people, and all guests are invited to move to other hotels.

We were immediately offered a new one, which opened in May 2013, Crystal WaterWold, but we refused, the new hotel is a pig in a poke, and it’s good if the cat, under the contract, the travel agency has the right to replace the hotel with an equivalent or better one, we asked to be moved to Quins, but there they did not confirm the reservation (later we understood why), they opted for Crystal Palace Luxury &SPA, which they did not regret. The end of the prelude go directly to the review.
We arrived at the hotel at 9-30, settled within 30 minutes, it could have turned out earlier, but most of the family left to survey the sights of the hotel.
Since we learned about this hotel not long before the vacation, I shoveled the entire Internet to be ready for anything, read both English and German sites, the reviews were completely good, with the exception of a couple of whiners, but there are people who have not even been to some places leave bad reviews, in order to probably believe for themselves that it’s bad there, because I can’t afford it (as in the fable “The Fox and the Grapes”), but there are those who simply made the wrong hotel.
The interior of the hotel is really good, but it didn’t cause me much enthusiasm, many admired it, calling it truly a palace, we saw better, it personally reminded me of the Lara Beach Hotel in Kundu-Lara, only there was a black marble staircase framed “ golden" railings and balusters, and here from white.
In general, I’m not very familiar with palaces (Versailles, Peterhof, Radziwill Palace), that’s probably all, it’s hard to judge what palaces should be, but my “aesthetic and architectural” feelings remained deaf, maybe due to the fact that after reading the reviews expected more.
And so here we are in the room, a family room, large, it consists of 2 rooms, connected by a small corridor, where the wardrobe and the door are located. I must say that the room is very good, soundproofing, air conditioning, everything is in order. Yes, the promised bathrobes (also in the review) are no longer there, but after reading, I decided not to take my own, i. e. theoretically they are, I saw that they were put on the bed in the rooms, but not always.

Upon check-in, you will be given a card for each adult, for a 15-minute massage in the SPA (there is (was) such a promotion in the Popillon network, with the only difference being that there you have the opportunity to use the procedure during your vacation at any time), here is the card valid for 48 hours, which is written on it, that is, in fact, few people managed to experience an advertising massage, because the first 24 hours you are not up to the massage, and the second - they do not have free time, what would squeeze you. Like this.
The minibar was replenished daily, a note with a smiley was also put there, if you suddenly forgot about the coveted dollar (euro), the minibar was more modest than in the aforementioned Lara Beach, there were no children's juices, and everything is standard, beer, nuts, sprite , fanta (local, the name is different, but the taste is the same, water)
The room was cleaned well, with high quality, I had to crawl under the bed in search of a children's designer, so everything is clean there, there is no dust (the older child has allergic asthma, so I am very responsible about cleaning the room. Our room was in building E - 5418, overlooks some unfinished construction site, has a side view of the sea and the mountains, if you look down, there is construction debris lying around, but it was more pleasant for me to survey the sea. The maid who cleans the room is Gulsan, smart, very neat. rylnyh "accessories, slippers, shower caps, cotton pads, provided upon check-in and no longer replenished, it did not bother us, we carry our own, but surprised. They gave one cap for three adults and a child, two pairs of slippers, towels, thank God to everyone provided.
The food is good, high-quality, solid, but again, a slightly smaller selection of dishes than in the aforementioned “Lare Beach”, why I compare these hotels so stubbornly, probably because they are the same in price, the interior decoration is somewhat similar, even the bridges through the pools are similar, I'm not sure that I needed more choice, we were already full and always found something to feed our little picky, just stating. The only thing I would like to add is normal porridges, i. e. those that were (rice, semolina, oatmeal) were strange, in the morning there was one of the porridges and invariably lentil soup, throughout our stay - he was invariably present at breakfast, at lunch and dinner.

And so, those who show off that there is nothing in the hotel, let them stay with their own people, the food is good, do not hesitate, our family has been resting on the shores of Turkey for 16 years, there is something to compare (if I am not mistaken for our tourist, Turkey was opened in 1993, in 1996 we went there for the first time), it used to be better, but it also cost many times more.
Beach. It’s big, there are a lot of sunbeds, how many rows I didn’t count, but there were always places, sunbeds pleased, without these stupid mattresses, the distance from the sunbeds to the sea is impressive, when the sand warms up, even splits, it’s difficult to get from the sea to the sunbeds, open beach shoes are not saves, or saves in part.
When we arrived at the hotel, WI-FI worked poorly, by the time we left, it already covered the beach well.
Near the hotel there is a market, not even a small one, many pharmacies, several exchangers (the exchange rate at the time of our vacation was - at the airport $ 1 - 1.64 TL, at the hotel 1 = 1.78 TL, in the market - $ 1 - 1.80 - 1.85 TL, in Alanya - (according to friends) -1.
90, in Antalya - in the bank $ 1 - 1.78TL, 1 RUR - it is not profitable to change on the market, but the bank exchange rate is 32 rubles)
Since we have been visiting Turkey for a long time, regularly and quite often, our guide was very upset that we couldn’t get into excursions, for example, about one of them, to the Antalya Aquarium, the guide offered us this excursion at a price of $ 65 per adult and 42 per child , the tour took place according to the following plan: at 9-00 we are picked up from the hotel, from 10-00 to 14-00 we inspect the aquarium-oceanarium, at 15-00 we are at the hotel. We decided to go to this Aquarium ourselves, and so the ticket price is 54 TL for an adult, 40 for a baby, in an hour we went through the entire aquarium, it is good in itself, but there are so many people that only negative ones come out of emotions, then the child the crowd gets lost, then they run over their legs, and some also came there with baby carriages, the child is in their arms, and the stroller interfered not only with them, perhaps they thought that they would be alone there.

We left the aquarium disappointed, annoyed, somewhere even angry, we were glad alone that we didn’t agree to the guide’s proposal, I don’t understand what to do there for 3 hours. If there were less people there, everything would be perceived differently. An employee of the Aquarium told us that there was almost no one from 14-00 to 15-30, and before closing at 19-00. But the second time you don't want to go there. Near the Minicity Aquarium, we have already been there before, so I won’t say anything about it, how it is now and how much it costs - I don’t know. We drove to Migros, which is also located a couple of kilometers, bought some things in ZARA and Waikiki, and drove to the hotel.
I was surprised by the cost of fuel (we rented a car), we often use our own transport in Europe, and so the European prices for gasoline are 1.48-1.42 euros for 95, nonsense compared to Turkish ones - more than 2 euros.
And so the output:
The hotel is good, the rest was a success, if someone sees a lot of negativity in my review, this is a delusion, it's just that there are flaws everywhere, if I see them and point them out, this does not mean that they interfere a lot, but you need to be prepared for them.
For example: the hotel does not have direct access from the territory to the number of rooms, only through the lobby or reception (reception - as is customary from English), it seems to be a trifle, but when the heat was set at +47 for several days, the air conditioning was turned on in the lobby to the full (very cold) power, returning from the beach, many caught a cold, coughing and blowing their noses immediately became audible in the hotel, our family was no exception, at first the elder caught a cold, the next day, the younger one, and I caught a cold in the restaurant, it was also very cold there.
Pros:
- good service staff.

- decent food

- Loved the family room.

- big beach
- a convenient gentle entrance to the sea, lined with soft sand (pebbles are sometimes washed up)
-comfortable, high-quality beds

- the beach is clean, it is cleaned every morning, believe me, even the cigarette butts are cleaned after you, but they are thrown again and again. Let's remember the words, it seems Lenin, purely not where they clean, but where they don't litter.

- despite the presence of the river, there are no mosquitoes in the hotel, or almost none, we saw one, and he was probably a boy, because he did not bite.
Cons: or what I would like to correct or add.
-a small territory of the hotel, but we knew about it,
- there is still little greenery giving shade, about
we knew this too.
- as I said - there is no direct access to the number of rooms.

- the playground is in the sun, they would cover it with an awning, the children would be able to play on it, and so it is hot to the limit.
- It doesn’t suit a hotel named LUXURY or DeLUX to skimp on washcloths, bathrobes, bath caps (this is a note, maybe someone like me will rely on a bathrobe, and then it’s difficult to visit the SPA, wrap yourself in a towel, run in a swimsuit? ) IMHO.
- improve the quality of cereals and can give buckwheat instead of lentil soup at least every other day.
- SPA salon would be better not to spend money on printing cards, such a rustic trick only irritates.
- a rivulet of unknown origin, in which not only turtles are found - this is a plus, by the way, but also snakes.
