We searched for a hotel by reviews; now it’s not even clear how so many positive things could be written by people, the whole hotel is dissatisfied with tourists and every day swearing and screaming at the reception; according to the photo, a beautiful hotel, in fact - an old terrible dirty one with smelly rooms and a slogan of plumbing, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, broken tiles; no air conditioning in the restaurant, with terrible food and dead animation; did not expect such disgusting hotels to exist; guests who want to move - absolutely everything, but only one couple succeeded, it is difficult to describe how much effort and screams they put into this; when complaining about terrible conditions, we were offered another room, of the same level, but with working plumbing, we had to wait more than 5 hours for an extra bed for a child, but instead they brought a narrow mattress and threw it on the floor; in response to indignation, the Turkish woman wiggled her hands and tried to scream in an elevated tone, she had to swear in front of the child and put her out the door; after 5.5 hours they carried a folding bed, a terrible mattress, creaks, it's terrible to sleep on it; do not spoil your vacation; never go to this disgusting hotel; for the entire travel experience more than 11 trips to Turkey specifically and other countries we visit 3 times a year - this is the worst hotel and a ruined vacation
