Rested from 20.07. o-27.07. 18. Didn't like the hotel. The attitude towards Russians is bad. The Germans are settled with a view of the pool, and we are with a view of the road and the garbage. They don’t speak Russian at the reception, the rooms were not prepared for check-in. After several requests, they brought us an extra bed only in the evening, and towels only on the third day. Fortunately, there were 5 towels per person in the room, so we had to share them. The guide from Anekstur Ekaterina does not solve anything, she is very rude and one might even say rude. The hotel does not pull on 5, if you can put 4 with a stretch. Animations are very boring for both children and adults. The hotel is not recommended for a holiday. The beach bar is dirty.
