Six hours of waiting for check-in. But this is nothing compared to the fact that when I once again asked a question about settling, the answer just killed me: "Yes, your room has been free for a long time, you should have come up and asked more often"... For me, it remains It's a mystery how the hotel positions itself as a five-star hotel. . . According to the holey tablecloths on the tables in the restaurant and the bed linen with holes? By a non-working drain in the bathrooms? For 10 days, the bed linen was never changed. The cleaning lady cleaned our room in three (!!! ) minutes. The quality of cleaning is appropriate. When we checked in, the refrigerator, safe, and air conditioning did not work. Technicians, of course, later corrected everything, but, as they say, an unpleasant aftertaste remained.
I have been to Turkey four times. And always with enthusiasm and gratitude to the hotel staff. This year was an endurance test in Majestic. . . I'm sad. . .
