Arrived, transfer, check-in at the hotel --- Wow, the reception has changed: there will be an expansion, the lobby has been removed, it has become quiet. You are greeted with a cocktail or chilled juice (orange or lemon) + Turkish delight.

The receptionists themselves...... well....here it is necessary to write: English is lame, Turkish... with a bang! German. . . excellent, Russian.... only 2 employees know: a Kazakh girl. who screams, oh oh, I don’t know, and a stupid red-faced..... a bald eccentric with trembling hands (we’ll call him that). My husband is a calm and intelligent person, when checking in, this Eccentric brought him to the point that I could not calm my husband down the whole rest, when we then went for a walk through the reception and of course saw this... Eccentric.
The fact is that according to the new rules - the Euro! from this year, check-in takes place strictly from 14.00, and check-out until 12.00. Therefore, new and dumbfounded guests do not know THIS in shock, and instead of telling the Eccentric, he began to throw himself and be rude to the guests. Moreover, cameras were installed in the hall, I then understood his game, but pictures are taken on the camera, from the side....he....seems to be running around briskly shaking his head, smiling, but no one hears his voice, here is this Eccentric clown working on camera. Maybe someone from the administration will pay attention to how other guests who have visited the hotel cannot understand what is happening with the resettlement. I myself saw how 2 pairs of guests arrived at night, this Eccentric is again waving his head, they ask him about the rooms, about the nuances of settling, and this stump waves and waves and waves..... cameras !! ! and his answer is simple through his teeth....you have to wait, let the guide tell. I settled one couple in such a way that then on the way back....)))) here I laugh, the guy was looking for this Eccentric. in order to "express" gratitude for this number, instead of the booked suite they rested on the standard. Is it really impossible to understand that for 7 nights it is very difficult to move and change rooms, it turns out all the time on a suitcase. It's horrible! There were also disassemblies with this Eccentric, the guests were indignant at the sea, in the restaurant......
Move on:
1-room-we stopped by, everything is clean, new double beds, one-piece new mattress. The air conditioners are not working yet. The linen and towels are new, but occasionally came across from the past : ) The bathroom was painted with paint, so at the end of the holiday it was washed off : )))) a cool new repairman. Showers and faucets are new.

2-Territory - they cut down and uprooted sooo many trees, palm trees, shrubs. there are no cacti, I was left alone, then I saw that they were taken to the beach area on the right, where the border of the hotel territory. Maybe they will plant a new one --- we'll wait.
3-Pools - the 1st relaxation remained the same, the swing with sofas was removed. The 2nd central one is a pity that it has become 140 and 150 : ( now 3-month-old babies are bathed there without panties, they have few children's pools.
There are 2 large umbrellas and one palm tree throughout the whole territory : )))) dear guests !!!! ! in the shade of 35 degrees.
3rd with slides - no umbrellas. only ten remained and also one palm tree in the corner. The slides have not been updated, the ride is terribly bad, hooks, splinters : ( the joints of the rainbow slide flew out, there are just crevices. Moms got to the point....that small 2-3-year-old children remain themselves with armlets and circles in this pool. These kids clamber up the hill..... and... they poop right on the stairs --- a nightmare. A janitor came with a bucket of water..... washed away....well, let's go, but the handrails remained in....HORRIBLE! and at the bottom, well, you can imagine...
Near the hotel, two kids drowned in this way on Easter somewhere ----- mothers went to the sea and to a bar, they came..... the children died, corpses float. They also ran up the hill at 11.30 rush hour (there are few people, because the sun bakes very much) and one slipped, could not swim out, and the second went down the hill and that's it....kaput!
After that, a lifebuoy was installed near the pool with slides.
4-sea and beach --- clean, tidy, refrigerators with water were installed, many new sun loungers were brought in, and on May 10 new mattresses appeared. now you don’t have to think where to take a sun lounger. Urns are installed, there is a path along the beach made of wood, it leads directly to the pier. The pier was done, there are stairs, but in the evening there are no lamps yet.
The other day they made fitness equipment in front of the beach restaurant --- on Saturday they sowed grass : )))
5 restaurants:

beach --- short -- normal. the menu is excellent - standard, one BUT! no fruit and coffee machine, and no napkins. It was also expanded and made a cool ten, new tables and chairs --- comfortable.
the main restaurant --- the guests swore about the fact that you came and sat down in the air at a table not early for a minute at 18.55 --- the waiters kick you out, but ours do not give up - we know how to answer : )))
yes, what they write is variety --- good! I saw it differently: those guests who came at 20.30...... didn’t eat lamb or veal... it wasn’t already....but they put porridge. rice, or something else like boiled carrots (how to eat it? ) At 19.00 they give a large dish of delicious mackerel or squid..... then no, but the hotel is large, and the dish is designed for 50 guests, but what about the rest? as my husband says - yes, they did, but this is called smeared!
Here are fruits, sweets - yes, they carried out a lot until the end of dinner, strawberries. pineapples.... pears, apples....
What else.... mmmm
And so ---- a completely different hotel approach --- GOOD!
It’s convenient, of course, that there is a small market nearby and not one.
There were no Germans --- they were Dutch : )) There were Spaniards : ) Poles, Baltics.
There is a children's menu --- but not in abundance as it used to be.
The animators are a completely new team, it is still impossible to leave a review --- they are trying very hard, but there should be time for getting used to and grinding. Another hotel anthem --- I would say..... there was a highlight of the hotel, and now the standard, sorry!
As for the evening shows, I’ll say that in July we are resting in Kemer and Belek, and for 10 years we have seen and re-seen ---- sooo weak and not interesting. Turkish night is weak and incomprehensible. The show of the Africans ---- all the guests were in shock, they did not see such horror --- step - whoever wants what they tap out.
Sambo --- 4 age Negro-ladies in thongs -- well, the show, really yes : )))) the same version of Lobuda, four came out and whoever wants what they dance.

There is a 9d-small cinema hall ---- interestingly 10 per person, a child under 12 is free, and after 12 years --- 5 per person
Spa --- excellent, rebuilt too. May 1 opened a new sauna and steam room. a new hammam table and put another new tile, new faucets, tubs. New beige towels.
Mini-disco for children ---- periodically change the repertoire, hang out songs and it is very interesting for children in the miniclub, there are 3 animator girls.

April 29.2013 at 2 am people and guests are sleeping!!! ! but all of a sudden I hear in our building the terrible cry of a stinger, the horror of fu fu. I go open the door, some drunken Muscovite (he yelled with a good obscenity and beat his chest that he was from Moscow --- the capital of the world and everyone on his knees! ) rushes down to the 1st floor and runs out into the street with a KNIFE in hand!! ! and waves them in all directions --- a nightmare! this Moscow scoundrel in red shorts is standing, barefoot, drunk and just yelling and yelling matyuki, you yourself understand the acoustics are cool! hotel staff and waiters and security guards resort to it --- 8 people and I will write honestly PLEASE!!! ! drop the knife and go to bed. This went on for about 30 minutes, as a result, one of the guards called the gendarmerie, they took him away --- but here you are G (X) hero !! ! the king of pancake arrived.
And how can you go during the day and take out your lower happiness and pee in the pool! and I'm yelling Moscow---I'm the king!! ! and endure it! so which of you is unworthy of a holiday in Turkey???
There was a sad incident near the hotel ---- Moscow is in fashion, Moscow mothers went to refreshment in a bar and they took 2 little children home in a coffin --- excellent Moscow-Russia!
Another case for 2 weeks of our vacation oh:
near the Selge Beach hotel --- so two families arrived there-op--husbands, wives and children (even the baby was a baby), after 3 days dads didn’t understand how, but they apparently grew a halo --- they crowned in 3 days rest ---- it was a day (May 10)

I will continue: so in the afternoon during lunch --- dads with children and wives came to the main pool --- they took off their shorts and stuffed them there in front of everyone! then they left for the most part!
then their guards lifted them into the room to sleep --- but they distinguished themselves: they took a chair and plundered all the furniture in their rooms and let the plasma in...... but it’s not enough for them. they ran down to the main hall and tried to destroy everything there --- well, it is clear that the Turks called the gendarmes, but before that they calmed down the DADDS only by driving on the face! The Turks themselves were shocked, they had never tamed anyone like that before.
