We rested in early August 2013 in Euphoria Palm Beach (Side). Very disappointed.
Upon arrival, they settled in a double room, although we paid for 3 places (for two adults and a child of 10 years old). After the scandalous check-in (after 14:00, although we arrived at 10:00), by calling the Pegasus Head Office, they brought a cot into the room, put it against the wall, spread it out, and no one else wanted to listen. In the bed they jumped from the side, because. There were no gaps between them, there was little space. Two days later, they offered to move to another, bigger one, but upon viewing it turned out that it was so dirty, shabby, with a non-working toilet bowl and collapsed shelves in the closet (the safe was lying on the floor) - they refused.
I must say that the territory of the hotel is large, there are a lot of bushes and trees (with scarce flowers, of course), they cut and water constantly, 4 pools (we just didn’t understand why they always have salt water, maybe they need to be cleaned more often? ). The hotel food is good, but I wanted "better less but better" (a lot of some appetizers, mixed salads, pickles - no one eats them). All the tourists still stand behind the grilled chicken and fries. With sweet, ice cream - everything is OK. Beach and lobby bar (new) are quite decent.

But housekeeping is terrible. Red ants walk on the floor, small lizards run on the balcony, everything in the room is already shabby, but the dirt finishes it off. They hunted for shampoo, waited for the maid to appear and begged (we didn’t take it with us, we thought we were going to a decent place). Later bought at a nearby bazaar.
The representative of Pegasus - though one of the three (black, tall) - is an outright boor. I've never been spoken to like that in any other hotel.
Dear friends! Do not give your money for such a tour. There are thousands of other worthy places. We have been traveling to Turkey for 10 years, and this is the first time we have come across such a service. Hotel managers should start renovating the premises, as they did with the reception, lobby bar, amphitheater. Much is being done to improve the territory, but believe me, this is not the only main thing.
