We were in June 2018, four of us, all adults. We were brought to the hotel around 18:00, settled immediately without any problems. I really liked the territory of the hotel - large, green, a lot of shade, peacocks roam freely, a large pond where ducks swim. 10 minutes to the beach past a very beautiful pond. Beach towels, sun loungers, mattresses free of charge. Two large pools, near each pool bar, three water slides. The first problem we encountered in the hotel was the air conditioning system, which runs at certain hours (for economy purposes, we were later told), which makes the room very stuffy. During our vacation, the elevators did not work for two days (we lived on the third floor), we had to climb the stairs. They cleaned badly, in the corridor someone spilled a drink and threw a candy wrapper for two days, everything lay like that (at the same time, the room was cleaned, that is, the cleaner was on the floor), there was always garbage and dust on the carpets in the room. Luckily the trash was thrown out every day. With food, you can also feel the savings. We were not hungry, but there were a lot of dissatisfied people. They mainly gave pasta with various additives, potatoes (boiled pieces, mashed potatoes), rice, a lot of fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, chopped carrots) and greens (whole salad bowls of various greens), for breakfast omelettes, fried eggs, sometimes fried large pancakes, a lot grilled vegetables and stewed zucchini, stuffed peppers, a lot of different sweets. Of the fruits there were watermelons, pears and apples, one day they gave a melon. Meat is tough! For dinner, they fried either chicken or fish, while to get a piece you have to stand in a rather big queue. From 12:00 - 16:00, French fries, salads, watermelons, pizza, tortillas were fried in bars. Wi-fi is free only near the bar, and it is very weak - it constantly disappears, but of course there is also a paid one (I won’t say anything about its quality, we didn’t use it). It can be seen that everything is old, in one of the elevator cabins there is cracked glass, a lot of chipped dishes. If you don’t pay attention to all this, then it’s not bad, but the hotel is a maximum of 3 stars.
