This is my first trip to Turkey. The hotel was chosen for a very long time. I considered only 5-star hotels, read reviews, looked at photos, etc. I liked the Grand Prestige because of the green area, the presence of water activities for children (I was with my 12-year-old son), the reviews were good and, accordingly, the price suited me. A friend bought a ticket in St. Petersburg. Bought from Tez Tour. Of course, she was bred to a room with a sea view and guaranteed its availability (later it turned out that the sea view is a view of the pool). I must say that the hotel was booked a month before the trip. Upon arrival, I was handed the keys to the room on the 1st floor. To my indignation, where I would see the sea there, they made very round eyes. After a short explanation, it turns out that the manager made a mistake with the reservation (a classic scam described on all sites), that now there are no available rooms with a sea view, but tomorrow afternoon they will provide me with my legal number. The room on the 1st floor turned out to be dead with three bloods, the jet from the tap beat almost in the face. When the water pressure was made quieter, the water slowly flowed to the floor, and after 10 minutes it was already flowing into the hallway. Basically, I was shocked. . But the territory of the hotel itself was simply beyond praise. Green sea, three pools, ducks, peacocks. Everywhere is clean. We were delighted. The room was then changed to the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and a piece of the sea in the distance. Later, when I got to know the people, I found out that this number is shoved from the 1st floor to all new arrivals and checked for "strength". Those who are indignant change those who are silent, they leave them. In general - I advise everyone to pay extra on the spot, do not contact the tour operator. Those who paid extra $ 30 on the spot were given good rooms with renovation and new furniture, and I, who paid extra $ 50 to the tour operator for the "view", were given the old one. Despite this minus - everything else in the hotel completely suited me. Of course, this is not a VIP holiday. But the hotel has a lot of Turkish vacationers with families, and this already says a lot. There was everything from the feeder: fruits (plums, apricots, melons, watermelons, apples, grapes, etc. ), and meat - not often, but (once there was a lamb - very tasty, once - beef, mostly white chicken meat), pastries, snacks. I really liked the local wine, I didn’t drink anything else - I can’t say. In general, there was something to eat and drink. Don't get poisoned. Animators - not very good, but every day there came either a fashionable disc jockey, or a dancer, or a singer. There was something to see. My opinion - the hotel is good, for those who travel like me for the first time - there will be many pleasant experiences. I would go back there with my whole family.
