We had a family vacation from 06/20/2011 to 06/30/2011. We arrived at the hotel in the evening around 22:00. An indignant crowd of Russian tourists was already standing at the reception desk. Everyone was offered the same rooms (no windows, tiled floors, no TV, hair dryer and bar), there are 3 such rooms, on the first and second floors, and there are no other rooms, the bucks in the passport do not even help. Despite the fact that the rooms have already been paid for a day, no one is populated. After long negotiations, which dragged on until one in the morning, some agreed to spend the night in Hera Beach (3 *). We had no choice but to agree to a room without windows, because. the child really wanted to sleep, and we were very tired of everything. The next day, the situation with the room was resolved only by dinner, and then thanks to the guide and Pegasus manager. The rest of the rest went well, despite the fact that the hotel does not pull even 3 * (the hotel area is very small, there is no animation, the rooms are cleaned poorly, linen is changed only after a complaint, there is dirt in the restaurant and pool, there are not enough places in the restaurant and on beach, the attendants clearly do not have time to cope with the work, although they try, the beach is dirty and very small). In fairness, it should be noted that the rooms are generally not bad (renovated, good plumbing, 2 Russian TV channels, split-system, refrigerator (bar), everything is in order, everything works) and the food corresponds to the level of the hotel.
The situation is saved by the area where the hotel is located, a large promenade for walking with restaurants, shops, etc. etc. , very beautiful antique Side in 30 min. walking distance from the hotel, with a clean beautiful beach, many historical sights. Every day we walked a lot around the city and its environs, went to the city beach in ancient Side. There are much fewer people on this beach (compared to the hotel beach), there are always umbrellas and sun loungers ($ 2), a very beautiful place. In general, the impressions were good, but we will not go to this hotel again.
