I have never left reviews about hotels before, but here I decided that I would write..... because if you have the opportunity to better explore hotels in the same Side, then do not be too lazy to read reviews and find a more comfortable hotel for the same money. I rested together with a 7-year-old child in early August, I bought last-minute vouchers a few days before departure. When I read reviews about the hotel, I naively assumed that people are just capricious, everything is not so and not like that, because there were those who liked everything and I firmly decided to myself that I would be among them and with a great mood went to this , with a not very euphonious name : ) hotel.
We arrived on Sunday at 23:00. If you assume that after almost a whole day on the road, you will be offered at least a cup of coffee in the hotel, alas.
They settled us immediately in a room on the second floor without a window at all,

therefore, people who are settled with a window into the corridor should consider themselves lucky. To understand at the reception about this is pointless..... the answer is the same for everyone - There are no numbers. Tomorrow we will resettle in a normal one. Since there was a lot of time, the child was tired and I was driving with a positive attitude, I decided that these were trifles and you could spend the night there, but alas, my night turned out to be sleepless....because you need to have a very, very good nervous system in order to fall asleep in unchecked room similar to a crypt. There are also rooms where, when you exit to a small balcony, you will literally run into a concrete wall. Therefore, if you still decide to go to HERA, be prepared for this option as well. For most of the vacationers "pass" through these economy rooms.
The next day, the girl Tatyana from the reception moved us to a standard room and life, in principle, began to improve.
If you still write about the negative, then the minus, in my opinion, is the complete lack of territory, you can of course walk on the promenade, but sometimes in the evening you want to sit in the hotel, in this hotel in the evening the pool is noisy, because they turn on music, and the reception is not always available empty seats at the table.
Still in my opinion a minus for those who rest with children....
the territory is not guarded, you can freely enter the hotel from the pool and from the reception, so you should not let one child "run into the room".
The next minus . . the lack of animation for children, and adults could be "entertained". But I think if you eat with a company, then this is not relevant for you.
And the last minus is that it is problematic to find Russian-speaking waiters in the hotel, at the reception too. And it’s not a fact that they will immediately rush to your aid.
Probably all about the negative!
On the positive side, this is an amazing sea, it is not far from the hotel to the sea, the road to the sea is pleasant even in the heat. The road is not at all tiring. Very beautiful promenade, it is a pleasure to walk in the evening.
The food at the hotel, in my opinion, is normal, without much variety, but you will not be hungry.
The rooms are cleaned every day, they left a tip for the maid... there are no complaints about cleaning.
Here, something like this....I tried to write an objective review.
However, I would never recommend this hotel to my friends. If you have the opportunity, explore other hotels.
